Hello
19 code means there is a driver conflict such as two devices attempt to use the same resources.
Please start from the top and do ALL this, although you could have done some before as is often the
all operations which solves the problem.Try this - Panel - Device Manager - CD/DVD - double-click on the device - driver tab - click
Update the drivers (this will probably do nothing) - then RIGHT click the drive - UNINSTALL - REBOOT
This will refresh the default driver stack. If the player does not then continue to the next step.Normally the above will solve this problem otherwise working your way down through them, even if you did

TSST DVD +-RW TS H653B ATA Device does not work
I get the following error message
Message: Windows cannot load the driver for this hardware device. The driver may be corrupted or missing. (Code 39)
Click on 'Search for solutions' to send data about this device to Microsoft and to see if there is a solution available.I tried to reinstall the driver for the TSST DVD +-RW TS H653B with no luck. I've also removed the device and close for the computer to recognize the device and he did, but impossible to install the driver. I downloaded the lateest for the device driver with no luck either. I also did a full stop, with drain power and pulled the plugs of the device and put them back in and have pulled up, still with no luck. IM of ammunition at this stage.
Hi Jmanjordan,
You can try this step but, if that doesn't work then you may need to contact the manufacturer of the drive for further assistance. Open the link below and click the Fixit .

Hello
19 code means there is a driver conflict such as two devices attempt to use the same resources.
Please make all below even if you have done some before as it is often the set of operations which solves
the question.Try this - Panel - Device Manager - CD/DVD - double-click on the device - driver tab - click
Update the drivers (this will probably do nothing) - then RIGHT click the drive - UNINSTALL - REBOOT
This will refresh the default driver stack. Even if the reader does not appear to continue below.Normally the above will solve this problem otherwise working your way down through them, even if you did
them before.Your CD or DVD drive is missing or is not recognized by Windows or other programs
