AVG later told me my firewall is disabled and there was the possibility to reactivate it and I did. I tried to control my firewall setting, but had that "due to a problem not identified, windows cannot display the firewall settings".   Unexpected power thresholds are usually a sign of overheating. It is built in the thermal switch to only if the CPU temperature is not too hot.
