  Hi, I have a Microsoft 2000 wireless keyboard and it was bought in Hong Kong with the keyboard ONLY (not with the mouse) and I think its been 1.5 or 2 years I don't remember and yesterday it suddenly stopped working! I tried to check the battery in the keyboard, but it seems perfectly fine, I pulled it out and replace the keyboard light turned green and I think so its OK. Then I used my common sense to check my receiver by unplugging and re - connect the receiver and tried to listen to the sound produced by the seven windows USB, unplug sound. What is two shades. When unplugging goes 1.2 (1 with more tone and 2 with low tone) and when connecting its 2, 1. so with my common sense, I think that the receiver is not broken, so I think it should be a bit I'm missing some sort of software or something? But that couldn't be true because I didn't uninstall the software recently. Can someone help me please? Thank you very much.

  Basiclly my problem is as follows. With this realtech thing, I can't get sound out of my speakers, or my logitech headset. I can't have a microphone to work with it nor with the helmet, or just one. With the lx3000 I install the cd (also tried the drivers on the MS site) plug the headphones in and nothing. I have no sound in headphones, audio recorder says that no microphone is there. The drivers are properly installed.

  It is a very annoying problem that im finding hard to fix, google searches do not come upwards with people having the same problem as me. I had a friend use remote desktop to try to help as hes not bad with computers. We have installed, uninstalled drivers, used previous drivers, disabled the onboard sound, everything and nothing.
