  Danaford Hey! This happened to me before too until I had a tip from my friend. When you create a Multisession CD and it is not finalized, then you will not be able to play on your CD player at home or in your car. Try to use a 'track at once, do not finalize Session' to copy some of the tracks in a single session. When you are finished with the CD, select the option 'Track at once, Finalize CD' to close the CD. If a CD of recoredable is not closed, it cannot be played on a CD player.

  I also have the plugin Java 1.6.0 21 installed and can be seen in the add ons.  I have Adobe acrobat 7.0 is installed.

  Lightroom creates a DVD that can be played on other computers.  This includes slideshows.  If you want to be able to show your DVD into a Blu - ray or standard DVD player connected to the TV, then you must use a software that will create the DVD in the proper format.  You might consider ProShow Gold, or Adobe Premiere Elements or similar programs.  According to its capabilities and your TV, you might be able to simply display a regular data DVD images.  My TV has an entry for a flash drive.  I can load the images to a flash drive and view them directly.  But if you want to show your slideshow on your TV, you need to author with appropriate software.

I tried to copy a few files m4a manually in the file Media Player Music folder, but they do not play. I'm not really all that computer savvy and know only the basics, I need to use my computer really. Can you give me some step by step instructions how to get these converted files or whatever it is I need to do to get them to play and to integrate properly into my library if it is possible? If this isn't the case, I'll have to go out and buy a new Apple computer for my 60 GB music collection. In the past, that I've never had no real problem shooting files to leave this computer based Vista and convert these files to my old computers Apple Itunes Player. So what's the problem with your system of guys that done anyway this such a pain in the butt? I would really like to understand what exactly is happening with this issue? It's very frustrating for me. I'm a finish Carpenter not a computer programmer. Such things should not be so difficult for someone like me to understand. All I intend to buy a really nice computer, probably in the summer and was considering a Microsoft based computer. But if this kind of problem will be spread with Microsoft products, so maybe I should reconsider. help you can offer to alleviate this problem will be greatly appreciated.

  According to research on the Internet, Windows Media Player, atleast this is version 11 (included in Windows Vista and available for Windows XP SP2 +) cannot play Apple loseless type .m4a audio files without having to install any codecs.

  If you want to use Windows Media Player, you can follow the instructions mentioned here to install the necessary codecs and plugins.

  (In the related instructions above, in the first step talks about codecs - your .m4a files are files Apple loseless then follow the party referred to in the first stage about Apple loseless .m4a)

  Personally, I prefer using alternatives to Windows Media Player rather than installing codec packs.

  If you don't want to install codecs, download no matter what media player from "programs that open. M4A files"- Windows category list on this page.

  If you use a spare player - VLC Media Player is my choice.

  After the upgrade to Windows 10 (starting from Windows 7) my CD drive (HL-DT-ST DVDRAM GSA-T50L) does not work properly. I can play the audio files located on the hard disk or over the internet, but I can't play a music CD. Eject the DVD from the context menu fails ("" an error occurred..; ' ").

  The content of the Cd is visible in the file Explorer. I can open and close the CD door manually.

  I get no error in Device Manager ("this device is working properly"). Uninstalling the driver SNA by restarting the computer does not change anathing. The computer indicates that the driver is up-to-date.

  The upgrade to 32-bit Windows 10 has been without any problems.

  a. If it functioned very well under Windows 7 before?

  ·         I suggest you to disable your firewall security software and check if you are able to play the game.

  After hours of reading and checking to make sure I had good things enabled, I did, I gave up and uninstalled the latest version of Adobe Flash Player, they gave me and re-installed and later I had my friend get on Messenger and we tried games and it worked this time.
  For some strange reason when I updated it took me 3 tries before it took. So even if he told me that it has been installed, apparently it wasn't really. Just goes to show you that you can not trust what you see.
  What has really scratching my head was I went to Internet Explorer 8, which I never use more and discovered you can now get Mozilla plug in slip out there and when I did showed that same Adobe Flash Player is outdated but it was to a different version. Not knowing if it would help, I installed a new too and he said it was his understanding that it does not. So I guess you can have 1 version installed on the computer 1 despite 2 browsers different different versions. It becomes too complicated for me. Laughing out loud!
  I work with computers all the time at work but not the technical stuff. If it's something simple, I can guess through it to help someone but it's my first personal computer for me and is a former first, so I got experience using different types. We use the desk at work as well. Personally, I like computers laptops for various reasons. And the mention of people many browsers go way over my head.

  I can understand you mate, but have you contacted Toshiba service center again? You should speak with the technicians and explain the situation. I put t know what they did, do you know that?

  Cleaning of the laptop is still a good idea but if it doesn't work maybe the thermal compound must be renewed. So ask a technician for help laptop.

  By the way: what OS are you using? You can use the same problem with the factory settings and preinstalled display driver?
