  The App Store has to do with your documents?

  The App Store allows you to buy and download Apps, as its name suggests.

• I have one still supported for microsoft xbox live even though I cancelled the account 2 years ago. How can I stop taking them my money?

  My son set up the account as soon as he bought the x - box (with my permission, of course) > however, he sold his x - box almost 2 years ago

  and duly cancelled the account > monthly payments (6.99) continued to be debited to my account, until he cancelled the account once again.
  then payments stopped... for a while, maybe 4 or 5 months, then 4 months, I've noticed on my bank statements the 6.99 is being charged
  Once again, and despite all the efforts that my son and myself have done to contact someone about this, the problem remains, each month, in that they are plunging
  my account and steal my money!   It's fraud!   If anyone else has experienced this?   What can we do about it?

• WRT160Nv2 Xbox Live Nat Strict and need to open NAT.

  So I have a WRT160Nv2 and I'm trying to get my nat to become unstrict for xbox live. I tried port forwarding which did not work. I tried this site http://forums.linksys.com/linksys/board/message?board.id=Wireless_Routers&thread.id=122065 and who doesn't (I don't have an xbox 360 btw). Nothing has worked for me and whenever I mess with something that it screws to the top of the internet, so I put up the previous default values. I know how to access my router I just need to know what to enable, disable, or add to the router. Any help would be great. Thank you very much.

  Uncheck all options trigger Port and try the Port Range Forwarding...

  Port Range Forwarding-

  Application: xbox

  Start port: 53

  End port: 3074

  Protocol: the two

  IP address: 192.168.1.20.

  Check the enable box and save the settings.

  On the Security tab, leave the block anonymous requests disabled and change the MTU in 1452 under the Configuration tab.

  Click the status tab, and take note of DNS1 and DNS2 address...

  Goto the network settings on XBox and IP address settings and select manual IP settings and assign the following operations on your Xbox: P address:-192.168.1.20, subnet mask:-255.255.255.0 default gateway:-192.168.1.1...

  Also assign addresses DNS on Xbox
  Use DNS1 and DNS2 addresses you took note of the primary router as secondary DNS & DNS status tab for the xbox...

  Turn off your modem, router and Xbox... Wait a minute...

  Connect the power supply to the modem first, wait a minute and plug the router power cable, wait another minute and turn on the Xbox and... test it connects...

  I am registered for the new program to update xbox live dashboard beta and I was wondering when microsoft will likely make the product keys available for this update will take place. I waited more than 24 hours now and I find it unacceptable to keep the people waiting for such a highly anticipated update.

  When I made the beta for the dashboard they usually come out in waves. You just need patience because there is no time to get it.

Xbox live people walked me through the process that should work, but I get the same results as previously mentioned. • Still waiting for a response to my response of the extra info about "unable to access xbox live because of parental e-mail account misspelled".

  Because the e-mail account was misspelled, we try to get the reset password sent to the email address is not possible, the address it is not mine. I need to reset the e-mail address of origin to the correct spelling, but, so far have not received a response from (ANN N) after that I have repied to his request for more info on 17 Oct. Please don't leave me hanging, bad customer service.
