  In recent days, the browsers on a Windows 7 computer appear to have failed. Indeed, each HTTP and HTTPS service seems broken. Network Properties report Internet access, basic network looks in good condition, but nothing don't function HTTP works.  Outlook 2003 does not work.

  Oh yes, running in Mode safe mode with network produces exactly the same problems.  Networking ok, but browsers time out on all pages.
