My PC no longer sees my HP Photosmart C4340

My situation recently:

I had the HP Photosmart C4340 long already. Good machine. I've never installed color ink cartridge since I never need color printing and use only black ink for black and white printing.

I don't print much, only about 3-10 pages per month, but I still need this small print (Laser printer or all-in-one is too big for me).

Its always the same says display: error. Print cartridge is damaged or missing. The green light continues to blink and the machine can never be controlled only from my computer but its buttons. Normally, the machine can print in black and white and scanning the computer. When the black ink is empty I just fill up again and continue my work normally for years.

The problem:

Several times in the past my laptop with Windows 7 said that he did not design it, but after a reload of the computer or turn on the printer, all the problems have disappeared until last week. Now, he does not see the printer and nothing helped.

My question:

What can I do to make my PC with Windows 7 review the printer?

I understand that you have a problem getting your printer works with your computer again. I'll try my best to help you solve this problem.   • ID no longer sees my iPad via Folio Builder

    I ran into a problem where InDesign CS6 no longer sees my iPad via Folio Builder.  It was working perfectly for weeks in my version of the app.  Was able to perform unit tests throughout the construction, but for some reason any InDesign no longer sees the iPad.  When I connect the iPad to my macbook pro via USB, iTunes detects and recognizes.  I have all the recent software updates that are installed.  I even reinstalled Adobe Viewer app.  I make sure the viewer Adobe is running on my iPad and the cable is connected.  Any suggestions or advice would be greatly appreciated.

  • HP Photosmart c309a network wireless radio does not. printer no longer sees (network)

    My Photosmart c309a printer is not ALL networks.

    -using the windows Vista

    -four portable wireless maintain excellent connections to the home network

    -a the recent failure of electricity, but all computers domestic mobile re-login to the network;

    -a ran HP wireless network Test Report which shows wireless "On", but "The FAILURE" of wireless work;

    -diagnostic report also shows wireless radio does not. and I have to contact HP support.

    So far, I took the following measures:

    -stop the entire network (Linksys router)

    -unplugged and replugged the printer and router

    -set factory default printer

    -all I can think (but go ballistic)

    I have a similar problem, except that my 309 a link but if it is idle for a few moments he log out and have to stop and reconnected or reset using the configuration menu.  Contact with HP said that HP is aware of the problem but that he has no intention to post a fix and the problem is inherent in most of their printers...  Techrep indicated that the best solution to get a new printer.  I recently bought a Canon all-in-one and it works as advertised.  I always use my HP in a wireless mode, but you need to restart after each impression if more that a few short minutes between printing.  Sorry I'm no help, but just passing on what HP says about this printer.

  • CLIQ XT: Phone no longer sees photos or audio files

    After a reboot, all of a sudden my phone shows no media on my sd card.

    Gallery shows all zeros, music app says no music on sd card, videos do not appear as

    I put the card in a reader and the pc sees all.

    I copied all the files on the computer and let the phone re - format the card and then copied all the files on the card, still nothing.

    If I download a 3rd party app to see the photos you can see, I can even see in the quick Office, cannot the native phone application, ranging from the camera to the Gallery shows nothing.

    I even did a factory reset on my phone and it did not help either.

    I tried using other sd cards and copied the files and still nothing.

    I thought that maybe all the files were hidden under properties, I checked, is still invisible to the native phone apps.

    I would really like to be able to see my pictures and my music and use my own ringtones, without using any 3rd party applications.

    I have beautiful widgets installed and he sees his own clock and icons of the weather on the card sd and other applications which have data stored on the sd card see of its own data very well, just all the images and audio files can't see the phone.

    There was a file named .nomedia, I deleted my sd card and all my media is now visible again to my native apps for phones.

  • E4200 no longer sees my 1 TB Iomega external hard drive

    Hello - I got an Iomega 1 TB external hard drive connected to my router E4200.  I got confgured actions and they have been correctly running on the network.

    As of yesterday, all that has stopped working. The router does not see the disk; It is as if she is not plugged in.

    I rebooted the router and it still does not work.  I connected the hard drive directly to my PC to check that it works, and it does.

    The router is running Ver.1.0.03 (Build 14) of the firmware (the last).

  • My windows media player no longer sees my flash drives or portable players for synchronization.

    This has never been a problem before. I tried several cards without success. other media programs see the card, but not windows media player. Computer TRhe himself sees the card as well.

    Im running windows 7 and of course media player 12. Of Macedonia Ive system restore, shut down the media player and turn it back on nothing.

    OK, the RCA player finally started working after that I discovered that its pilots were in need of update. But it's something, I tried on all these points, including readers of thumb without success so far for some reason any. Cela and swearing and threats of physical violence against the computer, it finally seems to work again. Since there was no clear reasoning for this failure or mysterious recovery, I'm sure hurt being here again with this same * problem.

  • 13 under El Capitan elements no longer sees my camera

    Updated my iMac with El Capitan today and I tried to use 13 elements Organizer to import my photos from a Canon Rebel camera, as I have many times in the past (of which there are two days).  However, now things don't see my camera.  The "get Photos from:" drop-down list remains empty (< none detected >).  Photos Apple application sees the camera and starts automatically, as she normally does.  But no matter what I do, Photoshop Elements does not see the camera.  I also tried on my MacBook with the same results under El Capitan.  Any suggestions?  I was able to load my photos using Apple's Photo app and exporting so I could read in the elements.

    This work around for cards SD high capacity (64GB & more) does the job for people using Photoshop and import with bridge.  It may work for the EP as well

    (1) Insert the SD high capacity in a card reader connected to your Mac.

    (2) insert a USB key which has sufficient capacity for the files you want to download

    (3) copy the files from the SD card on the memory stick

    (4) open Bridge (or organizer PSE?)

    (5) click on Files | Get files from camera

    (6) select the USB key on which you copy the files

    Bridge reads the files and is completely functional - able to rename files, convert them to DNG, delete them when finished. etc. Maybe the same thing will happen with PSE.

    A PITA that you add the step of copying the files on the memory stick, but it's running.

    I had the switch 12 a week and was not aware that it requires from the back-end. Weird logic... and why not Acer explains this clearly?

    That solved the problem of keyboard, Marc of the Netherlands while the other sort by noting that some update disables the port USB and MicroSD. I lit them again in Device Manager, so that now everything works as it should.

    I'm a happy chappy now, but so much lost time this weekend due to Acer's poor communications.

  • Media Center is no longer 'sees' the .avi in library files

    I could see & load avi files in Media Center until recently, but now they do not appear in the library. WMV & wtv files are ok.

    I can 'open with' windows in the center of WM and drive Explorer avi (and put the Center as the default association) so it doesn't seem to be a codec problem.

    I don't know if that was the cause, but I loaded it Final Media Player through "Trusted software" for an ogg file. I don't seem to have more than 1 or 2 restore points, so I can't retrieve using this because auto updates are regular so. There is no file with the Final player association.

    I tried Shark007, but he did not heal it.

    How can I me media center to recognize these files in its libraries? Thank you!

    Just updated with W7 SP1 and everything is fixed as if by magic!

    Perhaps a temporarily screwed things previous Windows Update?

  • LR5.7.1 no longer sees the NEF files?

    Last week, I upgraded to 5.7.1, since then LR LR will not, I repeat, will not import NEF files!  He imported the NEF files before the upgrade with no problems.  LR says NEF files are 'read only '.  That is not true because I imported the same NEF files with opening on a laptop (Mac).  When I saved these NEF files in jpeg using opening, then I was able to import to LR.  I don't understand why LR is all of a sudden not able to import NEF files.

    Update on the above.

    After installation of the new 3Tdrive, always had a problem with 'read only' ticked reading writing and changed their on the 3 T.  Now everything works AOK, Thank you so much... Geoff and Keith... you saved my day!

    (I don't need new disc, file LR treatment works a lot faster now)

  • Dreamweaver no longer sees my model

    Honestly, I searched this forum for my question, but don't have any chance. I need to edit a Dreamweaver site. I created using a template (.dwt) and it never gave me any problems until now. For some reason any when I change the template, and then save the file, Dreamweaver does not ask if I want to update the pages more. He used let me know how to update my pages in the past and I of course never remember tell Dreamweaver puts is not up to date.

    Anyway, in order to work around this problem, I tried to apply the model, again but when I do the attempt, Dreamweaver does not recognize that my site has all the models. (Modify > models > model apply to Page > I have a message "no model") So, I can't apply my template or any template. Also, if I try to change the actual page, DW doesn't let me change the areas of model. The preview displays the name of the model in the upper right of my HTML pages. What can I do? to remedy this? At present, I'm locked in my pages. Thank you.
