• Anyone having problems with messages of script with the new version of GMail and Yahoo Mail? All the others seem fine and no problems with other browsers. With the help of FF25

  Gmail and Yahoo mail are very slow to load. I get a message from the script almost whenever instruct me to continue or to stop the script. Everything I have shut down or restart the browser goes blank and hangs. So, I have to restart Firefox. I followed suggestions on the help pages for the slow e-mail accounts or issues. (cleared cache etc, reset etc.) nothing solves the problem. I only noticed the problem since the first update of FF25. Scripts to stop even on these pages is not acceptable, because you are directed to the pages who insist you must restart scripts. It's a nightmare! Gmail both Yahoomail are very slow to respond to clicks more.

  Yesterday, August 22, Mozilla has undergone a massive rupture and complete in the treatment of Yahoo. Initially I thought it was a virus. I immediately passed to Google Chrome & worked on it without difficulty throughout the day. Yahoo was to push all the data/items on the left side of the screen. Who set to date, August 23. • Unable to send mail from Yahoo mail Surface RT application

  For several weeks, the Soft Surface mail has posted a message saying that it is currently impossible to send e-mail on my Yahoo account.

  I could solve this problem.  I removed the Yahoo account since the mail app and then it added back as if it were new.  At least for the moment, which seems to have solved the problem and I can send by e-mail.  I'm still puzzled why it happened, but maybe I should be glad it is fixed with minimal effort.

  With respect to the application of mail, I love because it is bigger and clearer to read and use than using IE page.  Yes, IE works, but it's just a little small and so be more careful when clicking, etc.  More difficult to use the IE window without a mouse or a stylus. I normally use a mouse but occasionally led her to use the keyboard with no mouse on the screen and find my fingers are clumsy to hit the right spot.  The mail application is therefore easier in this regard.  But I agree IE works fine.

  All my other email accounts worked instantly. iCloud: Gmail etc.

  I tried to manually configure the settings...

  Everything seems 'normal'... but not a thing, no mail: no record... a real pain. the only joy that is web based too... If I can work...

  But, come on APPLE... This happens to my Yahoo mail whenever I update IOS... What is going on???

  I had used TB for the years through to many updates of OS without any disasters, but after taking TB 38.4.0 all hell broke loose. (Note: I am still running XP.) I tried to send an email and all signs in TB it was sent but it never arrived at its destination. (I hate silent failures!) Close and restart TB several times and the results were always the same. Then I realized something simple and obvious. TB do not have to give me my password to connect to Yahoo, when I start TB. What is happening with this? I have no idea what needs to be changed or fixed! I'm almost ready to start using Outlook.

  I think that your anti-virus is having a cow. Try to restart the operating system in safe mode with network. This loads only the basics needed to start your computer while allowing Internet access. Click on your operating system for instructions on how to start in safe mode: Windows 8, Windows 7, Windows Vista, Windows XP, OSX

  For a few months now, yahoo mail seems to freeze the finder (when using Safari - to the extent where I can not force leaves them. The cursor still moves, but the dock will not appear. Safari greys out and I have to turn off and restart.

  Safari/Preferences/Advanced - activate the menu to develop it, then go ahead and empty Caches. Quit/relaunch Safari and test. Then try Safari/history/Show History and remove all items from the history.  Quit/relaunch Safari and test. You can also try try Safari/Clear History... The downside is that it deletes all cookies. It could upset some sites no longer recognizes your computer as one that has visited the web site. Go to Finder and select your user folder. With this Finder window as the windshield, select Finder/display/display options for presenting or order - J.  When the display options opens, check "show the library folder. This should make your visible user library folder in your user folder.  Select Library./Caches/com.apple.Safari/Cache.db, and then move it to the trash.

  Go to Safari preferences/Extensions and disable all extensions. Test. If correct, enable the extensions one by one until find you which extension is causing the problem.
