  Yes, you are allowed to have the software enabled on both machines (you can install on as many as you want) but can have only one of them using the subscription at the same time.

• Photosmart 6510 "Printer Error" and all lights flash

  I have a 1.5 years, Photosmart 6510 B211a who works well. Now, all lights are flashing and or my USB connected PC (Win 7 Ultimate 64-bit), or my iPad or iPhone (OS 7) connected wireless will be printed.

  When the printer is turned on it goes as usual, wireless and power light stay on and displays correctly (Apps, Snapfish, Photo, copy, Scan), I can print from all devices.

  Symptoms:

  1. in ~ 5 minutes, no noise, all LEDs (displays the screen "Please turn printer then turn it on again."

  2 "(Printer Error is lit above screen, lights beside screen and power and wireless) starts to blink in unison"

  printer does not print

  3, every 10 seconds, a very low "short moan" noise, like something is trying to move inside the printer

  4. when power is cycled it will again be print normally for about 5 minutes and then stop again with flashing lights.

  Have you tried the following.

  1. hard reset (more than once - fired power and USB)

  2. uninstalled and reinstalled software and drivers

  For any help or suggestion will be appreciated.

  Possible solution

  I had the same problem when I moved the printer to a new PC. To end, I decided to change the USB port to which the printer is connected to. well, it worked! Printer now work correctly for wired operation and wireless.

  Not sure if I got a bad USB port or that the cable was not seated properly, or if the USB port had no authority to provide the connection to the printer.

  Hope this helps someont with this problem.

  cssauth.exe is related to the Client Security Solution.

  Step 1: Try disabling startup cssauth.exe in the configuration of the system.

  Here's how:

  1. click on start > run.
  2. type msconfig and press ENTER.
  3. click on the Startup tab.
  4 locate cssauth.exe, and clear the check box for this.
  5 restart the computer and check for the issue.

  Step 2: If you still get the same error at startup then perform the clean boot on the computer.

  From your computer by using a minimal set of drivers and startup programs so that you can determine if a background program is interfering with your game or program. This type of boot is known as a "clean boot".

  The driver is big enough, I would say save to disk, and then run the installation program.  You could do a right click on the link here, select "Save as", then download the file.  Depending on your internet speed, it make take some time downloading.  If it doesn't for you please specify exactly what is happening when you try to download the file, and any error messages see you.

• HP Pavilion x 2 Tablet 210: hard reset on my laptop, error and now my phone is in a constant reboot State.

  My laptop is running slow so I thought I would do a hard reset because I had not all the important files on this subject.   Welcome to the HP support community! I understand that your PC Pavilion x 2 is stuck in an endless loop, after trying to reset it.

  You can start by trying a full reset on the system and testing of hardware failures.

  If the system is still stuck in the loop, you may be able to follow the steps to perform a recovery when 10 Windows does not successfully start.

  If you do not have a separate for Windows 10 drive, you can create a Microsoft recovery media and attempt to restore the system or start from that instead of the hard drive.

  You can follow the steps below to add a printer manually ports.

  (a) close all open programs and files. Click 'Start', 'Control panel', 'printers '.

  (b) click on the "Add a printer" button in the menu bar of the Printers dialog box.

  (c) click on "add a local printer. Click "next".

  (d) click the circle next to the wording "use an existing port:.»

  (e) click on the arrow down by the wording "LPT1:" and select "USB001 (virtual printer to USB port)." Click "next".

  (f) click the 'have disk... '. "If you have the CD for the driver printer for the printer you are installing. Insert the CD printer driver in your computer CD-ROM drive now.

  (g) If you do not have the CD drivers for the printer, scroll the list of "Manufacturer" to locate the manufacturer of your printer. Click on the name of the manufacturer. Scroll the "Printers" list to select the printer model you are installing. Click on the name of/model printer.

  (h) click "next".

  (i) click "Browse" on the "Install from disk" dialog box to navigate to and select the letter of your CD-ROM drive, if you are using a driver CD-ROM. click the folder that contains the driver for your printer. Click on 'open '.

  (j) If you do not have the CD drivers for the printer, skip this step, because you have already chosen your printer in step 6.

  (k) click on 'OK '. The name of your printer driver appears in the dialog box "install the printer driver. Select the name of the printer. Click "next".

  (l) enter a name for your printer if one is not already assigned in the dialog box "type a printer name. Click "next".

  m) click "Continue" when you are prompted with the message "Windows needs your permission to continue".

  (n) click on 'install this driver anyway"to install the driver for your printer and complete the configuration of the port USB001 virtual printer. Click "Finish" when prompted.
