  • Photoshop continues to display 'error strtable' when opening PSD files?

    I'm on a new model race 2013 end close MBP/OS 10.9.4 CC2014.

Anyone encounter this and whether it's a Mac OS or an Adobe issue... or better yet, what it is and how to fix it? A quick search advice that it could be linked to the wrong file extension used, but these files are all standard PSDs with the correct file extension. Several were recently created by using the app CC2014 PS new-to-me that I use to open them, so at first glance CS-> CC version compatibility issues seem unlikely.

So far I was always able to open PSD ignoring and clicking files on through the warnings, but it obviously does not encourage a relaxed ;-) mindset

Thanks for the suggestions Arpit - they helped me to find and solve the problem.

Results as shown below. I knew that the problem could be text/fonts related so additional steps.

    -Creation of new file

    -J' stop PS

    -Open file > OK

-Added text editable in the file

    -J' stop PS

    -Opening file: error strtable

    -Reboot the machine

    -Opening file: error strtable

    -Reset PS preferences

    -Opening file: error strtable

    -Open plugin disabled mode

    -Open file > OK

    -Removed plugin FontExplorer

    -Open file > OK

    -J' stop PS

    -Reinstalled FontExplorer plugin

-Open the test file & others with editable text > OK

So, in the end, the problem was with the FontExplorer plugin and which replaces the fixed.

    Thanks again for the help.

  • Color LaserJet MFP M277dw Pro: M277DW error memory Supply - all cartridges

I just added a new MacBook Air to my network and at the same time moved my HP printer across the desk.  Everything worked fine for months (with HP toners not; there are a lot of ink remaining in each). After reconnection and restart the printer it came with a "memory error power" for all four cartridges.  Standard deletion/relocation, restarting, etc. does nothing to restore the "error".  No drops, bangs or problems occurred when reinstalling the printer - just the new error.

    Firmware is 20160331

This error seems to be a known issue, but I can't find that HP is addressing it.  Can someone point me to a solution?

Until someone suggests, buy all new HP to replace toners functional 3rd party toner is not an option for me.

I saw the solution on the collection of similar problems.  However, he did point me in a direction that has worked for me.

Question: The question seems likely to be linked to extinguish a bad update from HP.

General solution: previous people solved this problem by downgrading the firmware on the printer.  HP support shows that the firmware current (20160331) as an option for my Mac with OS 10.11.

My Solution: False CV telling them I have an old operating system (OS 10.10).  This allowed me to access 20150716 the printer firmware version on their site.  I then did the printer had the "downgrade to allow" selected in the "system configuration" and downgraded the firmware.  This corrects the problem.

  • Error memory suppy

My M1212Mf started to display "Error memory production" 9 months in. The HP site suggested he looking for foreign bodies and otherwise, to return. I returned it, and a new fact as well. What is the problem? Nothing filed in each machine.

It is connected via usb to a Mac running OS X 10.5.8. This machine works also under Windows XP via VMWare Fuzion software. The oldest machine had other errors, such as 'memory error 10,000'.

The 10.00.00 is a mistake of memory of supplies.  This means that the cartridge is having an e-label error.

If this error message is present, you will not be able to print or to see information about the status of supplies.

Once the cartridge has been this error, it must be replaced.  If it happened on a new installation of the cartridge, then return it to where you bought it for a warranty Exchange.

If you have tried to install a new cartridge and still get the error, then there is something wrong with the printer where it will interface with the toner cartridge e-label.  The printer must have service or be returned.

The 2nd printer had the right to error out of the box, or has made the work of the cartridge for a while, and then you have the error?

Also, did you use the original toner cartridge that gave you the error message on the first printer, the 2nd printer?   Once the cartridge is written with this error, it will have the same error on any other printer.   If this is the case, have the cartridge replaced under warranty and try this new cartridge in the 2nd printer.

Additionally, make sure that the cartridges are genuine HP.  Cartridges not HP can generate this message.

Dear Sir, it seems you are the only one not to provide good information.

Through google, I discovered that the way to reset the cold of this particular model is the JOB CANCEL button, not the wholesale/GO BUTTON.

Once I did that I got a new IP address with my routers standrad format and I just now correctly printed the test page.

  • HP Laserjet Pro M176n: 22 Scanner error and error of WIA

I have two problems with my HP laserjet pro m176n. He continues to display an error scanner 22. If the error 22 disappears after resets repeated, the scanner is not scanning. The mistake this time is unable to communicate with the scanner. Using the scan HP and printing doctor gives an error of WIA. I tried all the reset options.

    Hello

A 22 Scanner error indicates a hardware failure.

Once the error of compensation, can you managed to make a copy form the device?

If you can not make a copy, the error of WIA is not related to the problem at all, but the scanner is not working.

If you are able to make a copy, check the following on your PC:

In Windows Explorer, click with the right button on "This computer", and select manage.

Select Services and Applications, and then click Services.

Open the properties of the Windows Image Acquisition (WIA) service, then the Dependencies tab.

See the Hardware Detection kernel as described below or may service only the RPC Service is indicated?

  • LaserJet M602 - 49.4a.04 error

We have a LaserJet M602, which had worked very well for over a year. Yesterday, the printer stopped printing and dispalyed a "49.38.07 Error".

We have updated the firmware to the latest version (2300331_377983), power cycle the printer according to the instructions from HP, but the printer now returns a "49.4a.04 error".

If I unplug the cable N/W of the printerand cycle power, he returned to the screen "Ready". I can print the Configuration page, page setting, etc. If I plug the cable N/W, "49.4a.04 Error" appears in a few seconds. I can access the printer through the WEB interface, display all the parameters network, etc, so N/W communication seems to work fine.

Entries on the source of the "error 49.4a.04" or ideas would be appreciated.

    -Thank you, John

Hello, I would erase printing then try to run some test prints to see if the machine comes back with the error code. I wonder if it's a corrupted file which causes this error code to appear, sometimes a 49 error code may be just corrupted file to data/hit machine. Also, I would try the printer connected to a laptop computer on the network to see if you are able to print or to see if the error code returned. Usually, if you have no impression of the issue for a laptop computer to the network, then there is something on the network that is causing this error popping up.

    I hope this helps...

  • LaserJet pro 200 driver installation error

We have a Server Windows 2012 that I can't seem to get the driver printer laserjet pro 200 M276nw on.  He goes through the process of driver download and in the end gives me one error of installation - no further details.  Also, trying to download the print driver, it seems locked somehow all printers on the network.  I had to reboot the server for the printers run again.  Any ideas what could be the problem?  I've disabled our anti-virus and tried to download the driver print, but still got the same message.  Currently, the only way I can get the Laserjet Pro 200 to print is to use the universal print driver.  Thank you.

  • LaserJet CM1415fnw: Continuous CM1415 ti indicate "low memory canceling the job."

I've owned the printer since 2012, and until recently, I had no problem printing, with the exception of an I-Phone.  I tried to print my Nexus 9 Tablet and my HP laptop and get only "memory low, canceling the job."  I loaded the document file from one page to a flash drive, plugged into the printer and try to print from USB with the same result.  I shot it works and reset the default printer, nothing happens.  What to do next?

The Configuration report I have 160 MB of memory with 80.4 MB of available space.

    Hey @Bulldog74,

Welcome to the Forums of HP Support!

I see that you are having problems with a low memory error when printing to the printer Laserjet Pro CM1415fnw. I can help you with that.

To start, make sure that the printer is plugged directly into a wall outlet, not a surge protector. Once that is done, try to print. If you still see the error then when the printer is on, remove the power cord at the back of the printer for one minute and try to print.

Please let me know the results of the rest of the foregoing. If you can now print, click on accept solution. If you appreciate my help, please click on the thumbs up icon. The two icons are below this post.
