  The condition of the packaging is not serious as far as installation goes.  Files can be downloaded installed using a disc instead.  If the license has been used previously and has not been formally transferred to your property, then this should be done.  Transfer a license of Adobe product

  If the package is not open then you are probably not using the correct number for the serial number because the number will be not visible from the outside of the package.

  If you are using the correct serial number then you will probably need to contact Support Adobe directly for assistance with it.  They are not generally available on weekends.

• When you compose a new message with Thunderbird, the program freezes and says "not responding".

  I have a HP Pavilion dv4-511 with Windows 7.  2 weeks ago I ran a Windows Update and all my printers installed have disappeared after a reboot.  I did a system restore and they were all back.  Yesterday, I installed an update to a software (Soonr) and it's the same thing.  I clicked on the print spooler service to see if I was able to restart and got the error 1053 saying "service did not respond to demand launch or control in a timely." If I click on "Add a printer" in the menu devices and printers, I get the following message: "Windows can't open add printer."  The local print spooler service is not running.  Please restart the spooler or restart the machine. "I rebooted the computer and the same thing continues to happen.  I did a system restore and the printers are all back.  It seems that every time there is a change to any software, it creates this problem.  Help, please!   I have Windows 7 x 64 Home Premium SP1, and my computer was unusable for some time because my motherboard is dead. Finally, I got a new motherboard, put my whole computer, has everything set up, and now Windows tells me that it is not enabled. -Windows is GENUINE. -Tried support site get help from Microsoft and they tell me my product ID is expired - Activation told me it is due to a hardware or a hardware driver change - he says I have 2 days and I have many great and important things on this machine - it is said the product key should be activated with new material , but it does nothing when I re-tape my key first, I don't know Microsoft support hotline or technical support number or anything, otherwise I would just call them and ask what the * happens. Secondly, I really hope that I don't have reinstall just because I got a new motherboard. If there is a way around the uninstall, I'll take it this way. Once again, this copy of Windows is genuine.

  Is there a particular slide, you use or anything else, you must have on your slide to enable drag and drop the menu item? All other menu in the Interaction menu items are active, but drag and drop.
