  The problem occurs when you perform a Wizard for easy transfer to a computer that was Symantec Endpoint Protection installed to one without him.

  In general most 32-bit applications will work correctly in a 64-biit operating system, but there are some exceptions.  You also need to consider hardware compatibility with a 64-bit operating system.  A simple way to check if your hardware and your applications will work would be to check the Windows 7 Compatibility Center:

  Since the Compatibility Center, you can search your hardware and your applications by name and the 32-bit and 64-bit compatibility.

• Windows 7 64-bit PNP monitor problem, can I remove it?

  I have problems with my dell 1749 windows 7 64 bit. I had to do a fresh install of windows and this PNP monitor is appeared that is causing me problems with resolution and no 3d available. Can I remove the PNP monitor and use PC of Linda. IM on a 17 inch

• I must first install CS3 on Windows 7 64 bit before installing CS5 Upgrade?

  I am replacing a graphic designer Windows Vista laptop with a desktop Dell Precision T5500 computer.  Should I Uninstall CS3 from the laptop and the serial number of decommissioned?  Then I have to install CS3 on the new desktop before installing CS5 upgrade?  I was told that I had to put the installation out of service, but I don't remember having to do with the other facilities.  Thanks in advance!

  Certainly, you should disable all software before uninstalling. But do not install CS3-CS5. Just having the serial number handy for checking. That said, according to the needs of the user, you can let CS3 available.

  I'll download DW Cs3 I have now on a 32-bit computer of Windows Vista on a 64-bit Windows 7 computer. Will work ok?

  There should be no problem with the installation or migration of a site from CS3 to CS5. With regard to the cost, it depends on where you live. Adobe prices are more expensive outside North America. I doubt if you notice differences in speed, but you get the benefit of the new features in CS5 - assuming that these characteristics are valuable to you.
