My Sony Smartband gives me an allergic reaction on my wrist.

It's too late to get a refund from the seller. I did not notice anything until about 45 days in the port of the band. But it was getting pretty bad. I would really like some kind of restitution. That will turn into a waste of money really because I cannot wear it more. Please help me to Sony. Thank you.

    I recently bought Smartband speak only to receive calls without having to exit the phone out of the Pocket. However, have been fruitless so far. I have paired the device to my Samsung Galaxy S4, installed Smartband talk and lifelog apps on my phone. I get all my SMS / whatsapp notifications. However, when I called another number in order to test the functionality of appeal, vibrates my talking smartband and poster who called, but when I press the function key, then the screen just flashes but then nothing happens. Call guard ringtone on my Samsung phone. If I can take the call on my samsung phone, my smartband only shows that call is active with this issue, but is he's going. Is this something I am doing wrong. Someone in the forum mentioned Smart Dialer third-party app - can this solve the problem of not being able to take calls or y at - it an another third-party application that I can use. I tried restarted and re-pairing following the mentioned method (key simultaneously both volume and function) but that also has not solved the problem.

    solved... uninstalled the app from my phone, installed again, re-pairs between them and now able to receive calls.

    As I logged my FB via a PC account, I noticed these icons (buttons) on facebook:

    I know that most of us here know what are the following. Thus, using the PC and by pointing the cursor of the mouse on the button 'like' you give other options (or reactions outside 'like').

    I did some research and found out how to use these Facebook for android. TAP and holding (as for hovering on PC) the 'like' button gives you these other buttons. BUT, on my xperia m4, is not available.

    I tried to test it on another device, samsung s tab, it's a success. both have the same facebook for android version.

    Now, I wonder if this is related to the brand or something?

    Or one of you guys normally using these new buttons, and I am the one unable to use it?

    This isn't a matter of Sony, but the facebook app, maybe some features not available with all phones, don't forget not that you will need to contact facebook about what Sony has nothing to do with it.

    In the last month, I knew that my phone and smartband guard abandon the connection. On the phone it shows like eather and x on the smartband icon, or SmartBand apps that said 'Connection' without that nothing happens. Sometimes just turn of the smartband at other times I need to restart the phone to get the connection to the top and the race.

    I have all the altest SW for Z5 (32.0.A.6.200) - SmartBand (05.00.12 - 1.7.0.873) and Lifelog (2.9.A.3.8)

    Since I use the smartband to wake me up in the morning, it's very enoying it does not work. So far I managed to wake up by myself...

    The phone is in charge all night and in the cradle, with the converted sound. The phone is on, with the exception of notifications. The phone is set to vibrate and make a soft noise. The Smartband is set to vibrate.

    If the connection is droped overnight, neighter the phone nor the smartband gives an indication of the alarm.

    I knew that the smartband and the phone vibrates, but there is no sound from the phone. Another version is that the phone is vibrating and making a noise, but the smartband does not vibrate.

    Before going to sleep, I check that the phone is set to the minimum, and that the connection to the smartband is OK.

    Good ideas to fix this problem?

    I didn't have any problems, fell to connedtions, after my Sunday relocations. So I think that the question could have been between LIfelog and Smartband software issue, but I'm not sure.

    So in short I belive the solution to my problem was to - uninstall both SmartBand and Liflog, to ensure that there is no software problems. Hope this might help others with the same problem.

    If you've used windows update for drivers which was a mistake, then visit Sony support and reinstall all the drivers available.

    PC manufacturers are innovative and the drivers are specific to this machine to & the model, even more with a laptop. If Windows Update should never be used for drivers, unless the PC manufacturer said.

    There's an app to webcam on the Sony support site for your model

    If you still have problems, go back to the Sony Support and state that your two day old PC does not work and say that you need them to replace.

    Hello.  I am about to create recovery disks for my new laptop (HDX 16 t) and the brochure says "you need CD - r high quality (even if they don't recommend because they hold no CD), DVD-r, DVD-r double layer or + r... TC"with a set of recovery disks can be created by computer, I think it should I use what they consider 'good quality' but I have not the slightest idea what it is.  I understand the DL will hold twice as much (and), so I think I'll buy a couple of people.  I have 100 pins pack of the cheapies like TDK, Sony and Memorex (4.7 GB), but I have a feeling that it may not be 'good quality '.  Can anyone give me some suggestions?  Thank you.  Nancy

    Hello and welcome to you all from Cape Town, South Africa.

    Awhile back, I decided it would be a good idea at the root of my Xperia Z, not a big deal really, even if I had to ask a mate of mine to help when I managed to bootloop device, the beautiful will... not!

    Well good to cut a loooong story... short ish! My Z has been reset to the factory / carrier standard and after about an hour, I decided to play again and try my hand at "flashing" one of the other carriers due to having firmware changed service providers! If by chance, you were wondering how that happened, here, I'm stuck with a device that does not load properly and juuuust on boots, only for a fraction of second program start screen for THE SONY XPERIA Z... then... tickets... gone, dead, all just tired!

    I then rolled along for my poor unsuspecting companion, who just shook his head when I handed him the said device. The poor boy had for a week and has just managed to restore the software, even if he is convinced that it is a hardware problem, as in the battery!

    Please one, if not all of you, kind people put me on my my Sony and give me either a glimpse of hope, or simply give it to me right and tell me what might be wrong with the unit and weather or not, it can be resolved, I will impose a ban on all fiddle devices... capable.
