My trial ended for Photoshop Elements and I followed the instructions and purchased the software. Now, I can't use it because it's for Windows and I have a Mac. How can I pass?

  If you received from the serial numbers for mac and win, dl just the Setup file you need.

    Acrobat Standard was developed for the platform Mac Mac version is not available. It can run on a windows machine.

    You can not install CS5.5 Windows on your Mac.

    You need to either buy a new copy of the CS6 for your Mac or join the creative Cloud (and pay monthly fees).

    If you join the cloud, you can then install CS6 (and soon the CC version) on your Mac and Windows for the same fee.

    BTW, the swap of the platform is for the current version of the Adobe software, if you have older version then you will need to get cross-platform update.

    Regarding the download, the correct trial version going, you should be able to manage on the link below.  If you have made a purchase and bought a Windows license so it is not valid for a Mac installation.  You will need to contact the Support from Adobe when they go bacvk vacation to see about getting the correct license.

    You can download the demo version of the software through the page linked below and then use your current serial number to activate it.

    Don't forget to follow the steps described in the Note: very important Instructions in the section on the pages of this site download and have cookies turned on in your browser, otherwise the download will not work correctly.

    I guess it depends where you bought Photoshop Elements. Did you buy it from a retailer or directly from Adobe?
