  ·        Have you tried the steps mentioned in the articles that have been proposed in my previous post?

  Maybe it's that the disk is not properly formatted. I suggest to connect the unit to a different system and then try to format the device and see if the problem is resolved. Follow the steps mentioned below.

  a. connect the device and then click on the start menu.

  b. click on my computer and then right click on the external device.

  c. click on format again and format it to NTFS device and see if the problem is resolved.

  Thanks for the reply and the information updated. Check the link to your model and you will keep. Thre is no specific driver for Windows 10 for this computer for now, but there is a Bluetooth for Windows 8.1 driver.

  I could start with the HP Support Assistant, as I mentioned and see if she can find something for you.   I use increased dictation. When I finished with the dictation, I deliberately left it. My Mac closes every day at sunset. With OS X and OS X 10.11.4 10.11.5, I have no problems with the dictation, other than his words of misunderstanding sometimes.   I have a Compaq Presario F730US with Vista. I have installed Windows Mobile Device Center on it, and the computer has stopped recognizing wireless card. Then, after trying to restore the original drivers and do several other things, I have done restore the computer originally installed at the factory.  The wireless worked well.  However, as soon as I updated all Microsoft Updates and before installing Windows Mobile Device, the wireless card no longer works again.  I restored the drivers, and it worked the first time.  Then a few other updates came through, and I can't get working again.  Any suggestions?  It's a Broadcom Wireless card. I saw that a gentleman has been upgraded for its presario to Windows 7 and had the same problem on another post and never had resolution.
