I can repeat this process several times and then I headed to MYMSN page which States that: SOMETHING is IS BAD AND WE Can t SIGN YOU at THIS TIME. PLEASE TRY AGAIN LATER. I don't have this problem when you use Internet Explorer or Google Chrome.

  If you use Norton for the protection of security, you will need to contact them for support with their product from here: http://us.norton.com/support/.

  But in the meantime, I would contact your ISP and see if there is a problem with your internet connection or your modem or your settings that they can help you.  For me, when I get a downturn like this, it's usually a problem with the ISP connection or the server, or the line (or they need to reset my modem/router or check my settings).  Viruses can do (possible other things with your network or other programs that run in the background using bandwidth), but for me it is almost always caused by my ISP.  Also, I found that restarting the modem and the router and then, if necessary, restart the computer is sometimes enough to stop the problem (and most ISP will tell you to try this before even putting a man on the line with you).

  To my knowledge, you can't close one account on a broader Windows Live ID.  What is the problem you're trying to overcome some slow motion to have on your Live ID account will not be reached?   Sorry, left click the icon or right click on the desktop Start menu Internet Explorer instead of the standard that you will use to access your default homepage (MSN).

  You will see "in private browsing' and MyMSN linking options assuming you have configuration page MyMSN. If you have a MyMSN page, left-click on the link. Once your MyMSN page opens you can left-click on the icon home page of IE on the top of the page right in the header (it looks like a house) and should open your MSN home page.

  If you do not have a MyMSN page, try left-clicking on in private browsing, once IE opens in Inprivate mode left click on the home page icon in the upper header right and should open your MSN home page.

  I have no idea why the MSN homepage is accessible via myMSN and private browsing, but not directly from the IE icon on your desktop or start menu, I guess a MSN update last night has caused a conflict with IE 9.0 as IE works fine on all other Web sites.

  I hope that someone more tech savey will respond with an explanation/solution.
