  At the opening on the user guide HP for the first time on a new HP laptop, I was presented with an option to view the user guide in Word or PDF and maybe other choices.  I have happpen to choose the WORD.  Big mistake.  It was unknowingly a permanent and irreversible choice with no parameters to return to the display guides the user in PDF format. Now whenever I want to watch the user's guides through utility centre (including the help Wizard or Documentation HP) HP, it throws me a conversion unwanted and responsible for warning in Word format).  I didn't have a conversion to Word, nor have I received a warning that a viewling option was irreversible.

  How to reverse it so that when I use the HP Center utility, I either get a choice to watch again the options or manuals in PDF format?  There must be a setting stored at a place that can be undone.

  I know I can work around this problem by downloading the manuals and do not use the center of the HP utility.  I prefer to solve this problem, so I can get updates and to find the manuals to the more intuitive location, and who knows - really interest me this option

  to view a day manuals in various formats.

  Curiously, the option of language/country is presented each time.  I can undo an accidental choice of manguage, but not format.  These two options should be saved and editable somewhere in the center of the HP utility.

  b/open files from Windows Explorer.

  (b) right click a pdf file (known).

  (c) click on properties,

  (d) click on edit

  (e), select Adobe Reader.

  If no Adobe Reader on list. Please download and it:

  http://www.Adobe.com/support/downloads/product.jsp?platform=Windows & product = 10

  then try again.

  There is a product called "Reader", you can select it but my suggestion: use Adobe Reader, much better.

Several pages in you User Guide, Chapter 9, give instructions after you press the right arrow button. some touch asy 'Reports' and some say touch "tools." On my control panel I don't see 'Setup', 'network', 'photo' and 'Discovery' when I press the right arrow.

  Not sure if this is the right place to post.

  Just install my new officejet 6700 on my 64-bit windows 7 Pro computer.

  I would like to add an icon on the desktop for easy access to the HP Officejet User Guide.

  I can load it by following a series of paths in Windows Explorer, but it's a real pain whenever I want to access.

  Is there a way to create a shortcut on the desktop icon to load it directly?

  I don't know what kind of guide was supposed to be in the area, but this is a very complete guide I found on the Internet.  Also, here is a video guide to Microsoft to win 8.1.

  What is the difference between the 'user's Guide' and the ' User Guide Phase 2 "? Which should I use, or do I have both? If the guide phase 2 is just one update on the other, why list both? I recommend you put useful text on the page of guidance on this. Thank you.

  Phase 2 is a newer, updated version to date.  However, please note that NONE of these are as complete as the Guide provided with the newest premium emulator.  Install the emulator most recent, then click on help / User Guide and you will get a PDF document including the first 616 PDF pages are the same document Phase 2 above, but then it is followed by more than 334 pages called "User Guide supplement" containing brand new information about the last update.  It is the document that you want, not the ones on the page web link above.

• HP graphic calculator first: first RPN - battery display of items not in compliance with the User Guide

  In the HP User Guide first, in the section on page 48 RPN, the image shows the battery watch algebraic views of right which was calculated on the left side of the line battery, with responses on the side of each line in the stack.  When I do the same calculations, I only get responses from the right side.

  Is there a parameter that represents the lines of battery as in the user's Guide?  I can't find it if it's there.

  The guide I think you are referring is the guide of July 2013.  These pictures no longer exist in new versions of the user guide.

  I haven't met a setting that causes the behavior used in these pictures.

  I'm having a problem entering my product number (in order to download for my HP laptop user's guide).  I managed to enter only once and he agreed the number but then right at this moment, I lost my internet connection and since then, when trying to enter the same product number I get a page saying: it's not accept it and it is actually not the same number, I type in.  My exact product number is F6D45PA #ABG and it says I get into f6d45pa & 35abg # and therefore will not accept it.  I have no idea where the &, 3 & 5 come?

  I tried typing the correct number elsewhere and copy and paste, but he says I'm entering the wrong number.

  If someone is able to help I would really appreciate it, thanks.
