  I bought a Microsoft IntelliMouse Explorer with a USB Bluetooth adapter. When I plug the Bluetooth adapter to one of my four USB ports, bluetooth connection seems fine. However, I can't work with my new mouse. I have try all this on a Mac computer and mouse everything goes perfectly. I have not yet installed the driver! I don't know what is happening. I had installed the driver several times and it seems OK. DC when I search the mouse over the icon of bluetooth device, I see him there. However, the mouse does not work and when I open again the icon of bluetooth device, I can't see the connection bluetooth mouse more.

  My question was already posted by Sorin11 (08.12.05), and I would like to know if today, hopefully there is a solution to this problem of bluetooth.

  Well, the Satellite A60-122 has no Bluetooth. In this case, you will need to use the 3rd Bluetooth driver and the device.
  In addition, the Mac has a completely different operating system and you can not compare the two devices.

  Now, if you want the answer to your question, you will need to provide more information, tell everyone about your pc.

  Who is the manufacturer of your computer? and what version of Vista are you using?

  Your computer may have a recovery partition that can be used to restore your computer to its factory settings. Find out how to get here: http://www.computerhope.com/jargon/h/hiddpart.htm
  If your computer does not have a recovery partition, you WILL need a Windows Vista disk you need to somehow download online or get a disk from someone else. Sometimes, you can reorder a replacement from the manufacturer's recovery disc. You will need to check with them.
  If successful to download an ISO of Vista, see: How to create a disk for Vista startup repair
  Once you have the disk, you can perform the repair
  How to fix Windows Vista using Startup Repair automatically
  P.S. Your problem is a common one, there are thousands of guides out there that show exactly how do. Just Google it or go to YouTube.
  If you are unable to do, bring it to a repair shop, they will have to the disks and can do it in a few hours or less.

• Technical problems with my Satellite A60

  I bought a Satellite A60 in last September, and most recently, the computer had some problems.

  1. when I tell my computer to "Shut down", it reboots sometimes

  It seems that you have a windows problem, maybe a few important files have been damaged in the past!

  To solve all the problems, it will be the best to recover the windows partition with the Recovery Expert Mode CD!
  Should be retrieved as C:!

  Save all your important data, and then you can start to install a new Windows system!
  It takes a long time to solve each problem on its own.

• Need help - problem with the installation of the Office

  I really hope that someone can help as I have spent HOURS trying to solve this thing with Palm Desktop (DP). My family lives and breathes out of this Palm.

  First of all, I have a Palm Treo phone for half of the year, but a user palm for 4-5 years. I used Datebk6 with absolutely no problem. About three months ago my phone got wet and shorted dirty keyboard. I ordered a new keyboard, installed, and everything was fine. Not sure if this is related, but mentioning the bears.

When I installed the version on the net which solves the problem of Vista 6.2.2 he placed all my third party apps in an incompatible "apps" folder and the Democratic Party shows install yet once just the icons and media. Once again, no calendar, tasks, memos. However, the phone and its applications still worked OK, everything was there - then...

Distributed with uninstall and reinstall and it happened again. DARM duration with just the media and install it. No option to open an archive. Previous versions the Democrats have the calendar etc, but of course now without any data. Version 6.2.2 has no calendar, tasks, todo etc.

  maramac - check if the UAC has been reactivated (User Account Control).  I read in other posts that these latest Windows updates have reactivated UAC on PC of some people of.

  This could also cause the problem you are experiencing.

  Every time I try to uninstall windows it says that some files are missing and to insert a disc of recovery of some sort that I did not.

  How can I do this?

  Usually, you can choose between USB flash memory and the DVD disc.

  I have no idea what you tried to do, but the fact is that if you want to retrieve the laptop, you must use either the Toshiba recovery media (USB key or DVD disc) or recovery of HARD drive option, you can try:

  This is all a bit confusing to me. If you have created a recovery media in the past, you should be able to reinstall the recovery image using this media.
  To be honest I don't understand exactly what is happening and what message is displayed on the screen.
  Can you please write what you can see on the screen? Message description full please.

  Start your laptop and enter the BIOS. By default the BIOS settings and restart your machine. Press F12 at first upward and choose the boot for your recovery media device and start the installation with ENTER.

  Please describe exactly what happens when you do this.

  I could only recover file recovery disk HARD of L: (recovery partition). Because a copy of the record of recovery disk on another PC and the HARD drive was completely unreadable

  I have no recovery discs.

  How can I recover the folder HDDrecovery BONES? (Already bought new HARD drive)

  Unfortunately, you cannot start file recovery image installation. It works a little different.
  What you can try is to read http://aps2.toshiba-tro.de/kb0/HTD4103KB0000R01.htm and check if you can somehow create recovery media follows instructions described here.

  My laptop has been bad for a while, at first he kept coming with a runtime error on the screen 'Please wait' just before the charge of the login page. That I could never figure out how to fix it.

  Then he begins to take 10-30 minutes to start, it kept freezing at some point of the turn in until the screen "Please wait", so I would force closed and continue round in circles until he went to open a session and I was able to continue as usual.
  He then began to shut down while I was working, so as it was close to Christmas and no time, I put it there.

  I am also now get the screens blue, green, grey, blue teal to death several times.
  I had been told by someone to do a complete factory reset, so I just downloaded the recovery disk of the laptop toshiba, did the reset and now he comes back with press ctrl-alt-del,
  I insert disc 2 and nothing happens, so I re - insert the first disc and reset from happening again, and I'll through in circles, as I also doubt very much I have discs may have provided with the laptop.

  Please can someone help as I like my laptop and he want to come back.

  All I know is not possible to download the Toshiba recovery disc image

  What model of laptop do you have exactly?
  If you have a European model for Toshiba laptop, then the recovery discs can be ordered on this page:

  Unfortunately the BIOS is screwed in place now. It s very bad situation now. To be honest it will be problematic now to do something and in such situations, you should contact the nearest Toshiba service provider.
