need help pls with query

I need to write a report that would be altogether retained for a pay period. There will be 2 p_year and p_quarter parameters

sample:

pay the amount to be deducted for period emp_code
1 XXX 2,300.00
1 Q XXX PLACES 1 399.00

2. IS XXX 2,300.00
2 Q XXX 1,400.00

There are 3 tables: calendar_table, amount_table, and deduction_codes picture

Here's my query:

AND IN d.pay_period (this is the part where I need to get all the pay periods for the entered setting)

I have a few problems:
If the user is going to happen in the YEAR and the quarter, how do I change my query? Lets say that she entered the YEAR = 2009 and QTR = Q1, whats going to happen to my request? BTW, in the table of calendar for each year there are 26 pay periods. I can use the check_date field to determine if the pay period belongs to which quarter. I don't know how to do.

  • Need help - problem with the installation of the Office

    I really hope that someone can help as I have spent HOURS trying to solve this thing with Palm Desktop (DP). My family lives and breathes out of this Palm.

    First of all, I have a Palm Treo phone for half of the year, but a user palm for 4-5 years. I used Datebk6 with absolutely no problem. About three months ago my phone got wet and shorted dirty keyboard. I ordered a new keyboard, installed, and everything was fine. Not sure if this is related, but mentioning the bears.

    Then a few weeks, something has happened. I'm not sure if I've updated something or another user of the computer in the House has done something. Palm desktop, account opening, two icons on the left side of "Palm Desktop" - media and install. No calendar, notes, tasks, all functions that I use. I couldn't print calendars more.

    So first, I uninstalled the Democratic Party amd reinstalled the period off the drive. The Democratic Party looked decent with a calendar, etc., but this version had the "quick installation". When I installed the version on the net which solves the problem of Vista 6.2.2 he placed all my third party apps in an incompatible "apps" folder and the Democratic Party shows install yet once just the icons and media. Once again, no calendar, tasks, memos. However, the phone and its applications still worked OK, everything was there - then...

    I thought that maybe the problem is hotsync during initial installation, so I reset the phone to the original factory settings (erased). Distributed with uninstall and reinstall and it happened again. DARM duration with just the media and install it. No option to open an archive. Previous versions the Democrats have the calendar etc, but of course now without any data. Version 6.2.2 has no calendar, tasks, todo etc.

    I need help. someone at - it suggestions? Where can I go? I need this problem.

    maramac - check if the UAC has been reactivated (User Account Control).  I read in other posts that these latest Windows updates have reactivated UAC on PC of some people of.

    This could also cause the problem you are experiencing.

    Control user/accounts/Turn User Account Control OFF.

    The file written oracle process has no unix permissions to write in ' / home/pattersj / '.

    Touch /home/pattersj/test.txt

    I bet it will fail because of unix file permissions

    Change your directory/tmp /. It works like in unix, everyone has permissions to write in "/ tmp".

  • New on routers... Need help pls connect with Primus d-link

    Hi all, I'm new here. I am a complete newbie to routers. I just got a Linksys WRT54GL. I managed to plug it in and it works but lost my phone service Primus IE D-link (KVD-1120).  I had going from modem to the Linksys router this router for the d-link has however led to d-link and phone does not work.

    I called Primus and after waiting on my phone cell phone $20 and 1 hour and 20 minutes later, they were no help other then to tell me that the modem must be connected directly to the D-Link and that somehow, I had to find a way to connect the Linksys router for the D-Link (only 1 WAN and 1 Ethernet port on the back (a).

    Someone along the way also told me that I had to reconfigure certain ports or open some more. I don't know how or what is the same.

    If someone is able to help, I would appreciate it so. Please guide me through it, I don't know how to find the ip address is if I need to do. (read that somewhere)

    If your Modem is already connected to the D-Link router and your phone is also connected to the D-Link router, because your D-Link router has only 1 WAN and 1 LAN Port, then you can connect the ethernet cable between the LAN Port of the D-Link router to the Internet Port on the Linksys router and configure all the settings on your Linksys router.

    Open an Internet Explorer browser on your computer (desktop) wired page. In the address bar type - 192.168.1.1 and press ENTER... Let the empty user name & password use admin lowercase...

    For wireless settings, follow these steps: -.
    Click on the Wireless tab
    -Here, select manual configuration... Wireless network mode must be mixed...
    -Provide a unique name in the name box of the wireless network (SSID) in order to differentiate your network from your network of neighbors...

    -Set the Standard - 20 MHz Radio band and change the Standard channel to 11-2, 462 GHz... Wireless SSID broadcast should be enabled and then click on save settings...
    Please take note of the name of the wireless network (SSID) because it's the network identifier...

    For wireless security: -.
    Click the sub-tab under wireless > Wireless Security...

    Change the mode of WPA wireless security, encryption, select TKIP. Password input your desired WPA key. For example, MySecretKey, this will serve as your network key whenever you connect to your wireless network. Do NOT give this key to anyone and do not forget the key.

    NOTE: The password must be more than 8 characters...

    Once you are done with the settings on your Linksys router, unplug the power to the router Linksys, D-Link router and your modem...     REQ_TIME is the DATE data type. What do you mean by REQ_TIME > = 5? You compare DATE with NUMBER and this is the reason why you found the error.

    When I try the query results (using above query in a with clause) I get two results.  If I put the condition 'season where = 2015' I retrieve all rows in 2015.  "When I put the condition" where season = 2014 "no records are returned.  When I leave off the where clause, all records are returned. 


    I also need to say all 2014 records are in the table fert_view and 2015 records from the irrigation_view.

    Thanks for the help of Frank.  I solved it.  It seems that in my case for some reason any NVL() does not work as expected.  I changed the NVL () COALESCE and it started working.  If anyone knows why this is, please share your knowledge.

    You want to add the lines produced by the second part of the UNION over the table to purchase?
    If so, use an INSERT statement with a query, the second part of the UNION that precedes.

  • Installation need help Pls: CS6 DVD "license revoked".

    I really need a solution and am so worried, I'm sick.  Everyone here probably knows already what I discovered: there is no support phone or chat on this product. so this is my only hope for help.

    Product and system:

    Adobe CS6 Design & Web Premium DVD (original purchaser 9/2013)

    New laptop Toshiba L55 - C Windows 10. Intel core i5; 8 GB of ram; 64 bit

    Account admin & privileges

    History of the issue:

    My first installation went well past that I can remember.  In September 2014, my hard drive crashed and had to reinstall.  I remember having a problem of 'permission', called, and a living human being has solved the problem.  Unfortunately, I don't remember the exact error message, but I know that it is only installed a time (9/13) before the crash (new hd 9/14) - the same ip address, if adobe could have detected or if she was important.  I was always under the impression that we could have 2 existing facilities from a dvd.  I got the phone call on 9/14 report that the software was a reinstall on a hard drive crashed and said when I tried to install my second copy, there should be no problem.

    My laptop original has always software asset on that.  I want to be able to use two laptops (where the two copies) if possible so I can get the other oldest with me and leave a new home.  Question: The buyers are not entitled to a "free-over" when a computer falls down, such as my lost original installation + my later resettlement would not mean I'm stuck?  (I suspect that my recording software does not get connected properly as a "Reinstall due to a computer failure" at the time, I called to report - so a poorly connected two active facilities limit error the revocation.)

    It is my understanding that I have the right to have - at all times - both legal and legitimate copies for my own use, on my own computers.  Right?

  • Need help on rewriting query for the DOMAIN CONTEXT index

    I'd be really grateful if someone could give me a tip how to rewrite the query so that the DOMAIN INDEX is executed as the last and not the first... According to the plan to explain it...

    What I want: I want to index FIELD CONTAINS search for text ONLY for ITEMS that are extracted from the inner query (table MS_webarticlecache)...

    Because it seems now DOMAIN INDEx is executed first on all the MS_ARTICLE table and then filtered by inner query ID's...

    This query execution time is now around 86seconds... Inner query has all the indexes for SID_SUBCLIPPING and DATE_ARTICLE... (seen in line 3 of explain plan) If this one is fast and returns the unique id by grouping it and concating keywords...

    Without text... search results are retrieved in 3 seconds...

    DOMAIN index is created with Oracle 11 g FILTER BY ID, ART_DATE... and is on the MS_ARTICLE table and the ORATEXT seen on the sql column...

    Table MS_ARTICLE has 1.8mil lines...
    MS_WEBCACHEARTICLE table has cca. 2 lines of millet

    No, dbms_stats.gather_index_stats should be enough I think. From RECONSTRUCTION vs FULL - on rebuilding mode Oracle rebuilt just the table $I from scratch (it creates a temporary table, fills and then current exchanges and the new tables). It should be much faster that the FULL optimization, where the picture remains the same and only its content changes. The resulting table will be more compact, too.

    Hope someone here can help me because I looked on the internet and come up with almost nothing.

    To put you in the picture. I bought my Satellite A60 at Hong Kong Airport and just him having when I saw how the screen was (seemed like a good idea at the time).

    The model number is - PSA60H - 00C 006 - this is supported by Toshiba China site I think, but I do not read Chinese.

    My problem is my RAM, I would like to level, but with what and in what order?

    The laptop at the back, which States:

    If I understand it, it tells me that I have 256 MB of RAM, but my reports only system 192 MB of RAM installed, is it his right?

    If I install more RAM, I'll have to change the 192 MB, or he can stay, or it is not editable.
    What is the Maximum of RAM this laptop will be except?

    Do you know where I can buy the RAM? part numbers would be very useful here.

    Hi Steve,.

    Your notiebook reports 192Mo of RAM because it uses RAM shared for your graphics. The default allocation for the use of graphics is 64 MB that comes from your 256 MB RAM module, which leaves 192 MB for normal use of your laptop.

    You can leave your existing place 256 MB module and add extra RAM in the second slot, or replace the two modules. The choice is yours, but you'll always have 64 MB of RAM allocated for chart (unless you change this in your BIOS) for your laptop will never make the actual capacity of your RAM modules.
