  but I have this problem and hope one of you can solve it. I have lenovo p500.

  The hard drive seems to be bypassed, and the device starts directly to the network. You can try to:

  1. boot in the BIOS (press Fn + F2 on startup) and check if the hard drive getting detected on the information tab.

  2. If the HARD drive is detected, go to the Startup tab and make sure that it is the first start. If it still does not work, try to disable UEFI and press F10 to save and exit.

  I just got a HP ProBook G3 450 Business Notebook 15.6 "Intel i5-6200U, 8 GB RAM, 1 TB HDD, AMD Radeon R7 M340 2 GB graphics card. We thought she had a 1920 x 1080 FHD display but in turn there only 1366 x 768 HD display.

  I bought g3 ProBook 450 (p5s63ea) and changed 500 GB HDD to 120 GB SSD Crucial bx100.

  And I have following problems:

  (1) bios does not see SDS each time. I tried to reboot several times SDS, place the drive back hard, and sometimes he'll see. If she begins to see I can install Windows 10 on it and if I reboot or shutdown 10 correctly portable windows will see SDS all the time and there will be no problem.

  (2) problem arises when I do sleep for laptop and wake him up. When he wakes he appears with the picture, but hangs and does not allow to enter the password. If I remove the obligation to enter the password after waking up upwards Win 10 wake up in windows, he hangs up after 2 seconds.   If I install the same copy of windows on the original HARD disk 10, he wakes up after sleep perfectly. Crucial Bx100 has lates firmware mu02.

  Therefore crucial bx100 120 GB SSD incompatible with g3 450 probook?

  Solved this problem by buying a new SSD on slot m2. It seems to work and wake up stable.

• home network, dropping the re-boot

  I got a home network (3 computers) running for several years without problem, but last week a power falier led to my main computer crashing.  The re - start a disc error analysis was made, there were a few problems, but windows (XP) has managed to repair these.  But now, whenever I restart I have no connection to the home network.  My internet works fine, but I can't see or share files with other computers.  It's pretty simple fix that, I have to just run the small network implemented the wizzard every time, (the parameters are all met beforehand).  I would also like to point out that my internet connection is fine, so the connection with the router and the outside world is OK, it's just that the home network is down.

I have a Windows 7 laptop and it connects to all devices in the network at startup (after I initially defined and registered the name of user and password). I want to give my kids my vista pc (they want a mac/ipad - I want they have a pc :-)) but I don't always have it connect automatically at all or network devices without the need for user names and passwords.

  Try to turn off password protected sharing and check.

  1. Open advanced sharing settings by clicking the Start button, then Control Panel. In the search box, type network, click network and sharing Center, and then in the left pane, click change advanced sharing settings.

  2. click on the chevron to expand your current network profile.

  3. under password protected sharing, select the following:

  A. turn off password protected sharing

  4. click on save changes. If you are prompted for an administrator password or a confirmation, type the password or provide confirmation.
