NEVER BUY ANY HP PRODUCTS AS THE COMPANY HAS NO INTEGRITY

I have notebook G42 I bought are 3 months of HP direct, there is. The first month went great, then came the fritz that the computer would be completely white. Yesterday I was finishing my college paper and hard drive suddenly crashed, and that was the last point. I called HP support in India, and they said it might be my hard drive or the motherboard. But we cannot verify the motherboard without the hard drive. So... I thought to send me a new laptop so its been 3 months and half of the computer is defective. They said that I had to talk to a case manager, since we can only replace the laptop within 21 days after purchase. What do you mean by the warranty of defect then? / Piece of shit I think... My number is 7502099366 and I talked to 4 different case managers, saying that they need to talk with their manager to decide the outcome. Also, I spoke with a guy name eric, who adopts a unprofessional behaviour by lying to me, and then claiming that I never heard ALL of his answer. Well hell I'm not a mind reader, so, how do I know you give me false information. He was rude and kept giving me 20 mibutes of hold time. Again, I write an article in my local newspaper and college on this horrible experience and this company and will be pre-cauting my peers and friends not to buy hp products more.

They used to have, but in recent years, they have taken the path of Dell and focused more on quantity than quality.  I have a neighbor who has two mothers fried because they had the nVidia chipset and we have one as well.  I won't recommend HP computers laptop clients until HP begins to take responsibility for their products again.  Toshiba seems to have the highest mark of longevity.
