  I had the same problem.  Get the «user profile service has no user of logan...» "I tried everything I found online and nothing has worked.  Then I reinforced to the back and looked at the whole picture.  It turns out that it wasn't a computer after all problem but a question of the user.  Under folder C:/users/default in the end I managed to delete all subfolders except appdata.  So when you went to create a new user he could not find the correct files to copy to the new profile to store information in.  To ensure that I had a correct records back into the C:/users/default folder, I went on another computer and just copy paste the new default folder from another computer in the folder users on my computer and erased mine.  Of course I could create my comments and new users account once again.  Finally.

The computer shows absolutely nothing more than the new user in the title of the user accounts and on the logon screen.  The new user is not in the settings under the my computer properties. There is no document (desktop and so on) for the new user in Windows Explorer; There is no SID for the new user.  It seems that there is no profile or anything for the new user.  System Restore could not help, because the incident that wiped out all system restore points also annihilated profiles. There is no '.bak' file in the registry for all users.

  I have the same problem with the guest account.  There is nothing in the browser to indicate the existence of a guest profile. It doesn't seem to be a SID for the customer.  The guest account cannot be used because any attempt to logon as a guest is greeted with "service user profile Service does not have the logon - user profile cannot be loaded."

  Yes, please is there someone who can help us solve the problem of not being able to effectively create new users and have a guest account. Thank you.

  I need help. I have windows 8, 64 bit computer laptop.  This system has 3 active accounts now. Account_One that is my administrator account. I have another

  "limited account" created on my machine Account_two and the third one is "Guest account" account that is enabled.

  Before you lend my cell phone to a friend in Account_two login I tried to restrict access to drives C and D of this Account_two which is a limited account.

  While I was doing it, I put approval for object 'Windows users' 'decline '. This object is usually the last in the list of objects on the window that appears when we sail to click with the right button on C drive > properties > Security. I realized that instead of

  Problem is SOLVED!

  After three days of effort I was finally able to fix this mess.  It took me three days after going through many similar positions as mine but no final answer or fix, so I kept

  through the 'access denied' messages on this community and won an idea on what

  had happened and what needed to be done. What I found that there are several hundred people

  like me, who have faced this problem and there is no final official help file to explain how to fix

  Also just noticed the double quotes. When you create tables with double quotes, they are case-sensitive. Therefore, query using the exact case and double quotes.

  HI - as usual thanks for the reply. I should have explained myself better in my previous answer. Vista SP2 could not be deleted and SP1 could not be found so I suspect that my Vista pc came with SP1 is installed (bought April 2008). Also the pc Vista restorals date back only to last month. Looks like I have to do a re-install? If you have any other suggestions or if you can suggest an address MS to reinstall Vista - Home Premium - that would be appreciated. And as usual, thanks a lot.
