  in WCS monitor customers menu click New search (left tab) and select in the drop-down (all excluded from Client). List of excluded clients will be occure. If you click on a given client excluded in the menu dropdown can remove this client from personal list.

  Hello! We have WLC 5508 (6.0.188.0), and convert some APs-AIR-AP1141N-E-K9. Everything works well except one moment:

If you click on the access point in the wireless tab wlc on the bottom of the picture you can see the availability and time of the join. If these hours are correct and not short, then the link is correct. Have you tried to exchange an ap to see if you still have the same problem and I'm guessing that customers in the main building of work very well, but when they go to the other site, they have some questions on the same SSID. If you think that it is reached, you can use a Spectrum Analyzer to determine which. Maybe some of the lighting or various wireless devices they could use there.

  I have 3 VMs at all using the same physical NETWORK adapter and to split these to the top. They are all using vmnic0, I can see under network adapters, he sees 2 physical NETWORK adapters, but vmnic1 says "down".

  I am a vCO and extremely raw newbie with JavaScript (a great combination).  My production environment consist of vCenter 5.0, 5.1 and 5.1 vCO vCD. I have the plugin installed vCD and running with Orchestrator.  I am trying to build a workflow that removes NIC1 (NIC 1) of a series of vCloud VMs.  I took a copy of the vCloud Director Library Workflow (remove a NETWORK adapter) and edited the virtual machines of an input parameter to be an array / vCloud:VM.  I modified the taks script so that it loops through the virtual machines in the array and returns their network adapters.  It seems that the network cards are returned as a UID (I have this return to the screen via a System.Log).  This UID is obviously not with that I entered to the workflow runtime - I said "NIC 1" and my workflow will fail with an error "no primary network connection exists; majorErrorCode = 400; minorErrorCode = BAD_REQUEST; vendorSpecificErrorCode = null; (Workflow: remove a NIC 1 / remove the NIC (item0) #22) " Here is the code I use: .

  I have a Cisco 1721 in a test environment.

  A net 172.16.0.0/19 simulates the Internet and a net 192.168.1.0/24 simulates the net, the VPN tunnel must go to (intranet).

  The net 172.16.0.0 depends on the router 0 FastEthernet, Intranet (VPN) hangs on Ethernet 0.

  The configuration was inspired form the sample Configuration

  "Configuring the Client VPN Cisco 3.x for Windows to IOS using Local extended authentication"

  and the output of the ConfigMaker configuration.

  Authentication and logon works. Client receives an IP address from the pool. But there's a routing problem

  side of routers. Ping client-side - do not work (the VPN client statistics that count encrypt them packets, but not to decrypt).

  Ping the router works too, but decrypt and encrypt customer statistics in VPN packets count progressive

  (customer has a correct route and return ICMP packets to the router).

  The question now is:

  How to route packets between the Tunnel and an Ethernet device (Ethernet 0)?

  conf of the router is attached - hope that's not too...

  Can't wait to show something that might be there, but I don't see here. You do not have the card encryption applied to one of the interfaces, perhaps it was not copied. Assuming your description you do it, or should it be, applied to the fa0 and you are connected. Try how you ping? Since the router or a device located on E0? If you ping the router, you will need to do an extended ping of E0 to the ip address of the client has been assigned. If your just ping the router without the extension, you will get sales and decrypts that you declare on the client. Have you tried to ping from the client to interface E0? Your default route on the router is pointing to fa0? You have a next hop to affect? You have several NIC on the client pc? Turn off your other network cards to check that you don't have a problem with routing on the client if you have more than one.

  -Very well and I went to test it. With an active SSH session to a single host with esxtop (network), I removed one (of the 3) NIC of the vDS. Instantly, the virtual machine that were on this NETWORK adapter was moved to another. I had a continuous ping running on those virtual machines before you make the change and not even an ICMP request exceeded (so if the connection dropped out, it's for less than 1 second). The physical switch (a Cisco in this case) also updated its CAM table instantly, although as has been pointed out by Richardson, which may depend on the hardware/network configuration.

  When you perform a P2V conversion, try to remove all the devices that you do not use from the server.  This is also your chance to allocate hardware resources such as CPU or memory more or less, or adjust the allocated disk space.

  When the conversion is completed, you will need to reconfigure the network settings, so it is not really important which NIC you remove server.

  How can I remove them? Can I remove the vmxnet and start all over again?

  Hello.

  Remove the old network interface cards is usually done via the Device Manager.  From the command prompt, type the following:

  Set devmgr_show_nonpresent_devices = 1

  devmgmt.msc

  When the Device Manager opens, select the view menu and choose "Show Hidden devices."

  If you can not remove this way, you may need to enter in the registry.  Search HKLM\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Class the NIC name (as it appears in Device Manager).  The Characteristics field will probably have a value similar to 0 x 00000029 - change this value to 0 x 00000009 will be the NIC user removable.

  As with all things related registry, have good backups and be careful.

Our challenge is trying to "migrate" the IP address of the virtual machine of 2003 on the 2008 virtual computer we get a notice indicating that the IP address is assigned to a hidden NIC (obviously the NIC of the migrated material material since). Question: is it safe to unhide that hidden NIC and remove it? It is a production server, we had rather not it crashed if we do this!

• NIC disappears and hidden under Windows VM

  I watched this on the Microsoft site and they use a utility called devcon to see the now hidden NIC and remove it.  I can then reconfigure the 'new' NIC that has appeared and it works but then later when playing with the hard drive again the same thing continues to be.  I have no idea why play with hard drives would cause this behvior.  Has anyone else seen this before?

  Try selecting the compositions you want to keep and use the command scale down the project. Don't forget to do a backup first, in case it does not work as you wish.
