No dual channel sound of in the game objects

That's the problem I have - I played only a few games because I installed Windows 7, a few weeks ago, Fallout 3, Borderlands, and Just Cause 2. This happens in the fps but not Just Cause 2. I don't hear any of the two audio channels of all objects in the game. Instead, it is only mono. I mean the whole dialogue music of cut scenes, all sounds coming from my own hardware and the user interface and what is supposed still to come through two speakers. Everything that is supposed to come from a certain place in the environment I don't hear two speakers, one at a time. This would include gunshots, people talking, opening boxes, cries of monsters, etc...

For example, at the beginning of the game, a robot speaks for me. If I aim directly at her mouth, I can make her voice disappear completely. If I aim to his arm or shoulder I can warm up his voice slightly and if I turn around and facing 90 degrees to the left or right, I can hear his voice the loudest, but I can hear his voice of one speaker at a time. My cross is closest to 90 degrees so hard his voice gets and then if I look like away from him, that his voice is softer.
I downloaded the latest driver for my Sound Blaster Audigy SE, on the site Creative and when I installed it it says that I have a newer driver. That did not stop the installation, so I advanced and installed the drivers. I rebooted and that has not changed anything. It's my first time using Windows 7 and I had to work on a good few other bugs so far.

I solved the problem. for some reason any the defaul setting for my sound card in windows 7 was 7.1, but I have onlt have 2 speakers.

    Hi korlath,
First, make absolutely certain that your soundcard Control Panel, but also the sound properties in the control panel are properly configured to use the number of channels you want.
If you are still having problems and you want audio equipment, follow these steps:
    a. go to your C:\Users\\Documents\BioWare\Mass Effect\Config directory and rename the file to something else BIOEngine.ini.
    (b) launch Mass Effect without running the Config utility. The game will recreate BIOEngine.ini using the default values, and must correctly identify your audio hardware.
    c. in the in-game Audio hardware settings should already be selected - do not change back to audio software or make other changes to the sound settings.
Note: Audio: If checked, the game uses hardware acceleration that improves the audio quality and performance. I recommend you check this option in most cases, unless you are having audio problems or other problems. In particular, note that you will need to check this option if you have a multichannel audio system and use more than 2 channels.
    Hope this information is helpful

  • Windows 7 - XP, the sound stops for the game videos! (not in gameplay).

Hello, I have a very strange problem with sound when video games! When the video plays, the sound stops every 5 seconds...  My OS is Windows 7 Professional 64 bit. I have also two operating system Windows XP 32-bit, and 32-bit Windows Vista. Under XP it is the same problem, but Vista doesn't. PLEASE, I BEG YOU! I really want a solution for Windows 7. It is very annoying, the sound stops every 5 sec. In gameplay, the sound is not good, but in the videos... Thanks in advance!

    Hackerspy,
You must keep checking with the manufacturer of chipset of the sound card for the updated drivers.  Regarding codecs, I personally used the K-lite Codec pack.  I have all the others have not yet used but only found a reliable being.  You can Bing for Codec packs, but be careful when you download from. I check everywhere he looks good, but the sounds of the game will not play AGAIN. • Check if the memory dual channel is activated

    Hi, I have a macbook pro 13 "Environment 2010 7.1 and I just upgraded ram from 4 to 16 GB (2x8gb).

    (2) is it enabled by default?
    (3) hot to check?

  • Satellite P100-238: stuttering graphics and sound with the game

    Hello

A few days ago, I bought a P100-238 both for business and holiday makers with leisure activities include mainly games, I thought this would be a great opportunity to take the next level and buy something powerful with Vista on board... IM starting to think ive made a big mistake. First impressions of the laptop were great (and vista although it is a little welfare State is very good).

The problems started when I installed a few games (Please take into account, it is a system of 4 GB with 2 gig of ram and a Geforce 7900 gs graphics card, it should theoretically be ideal). The first few games I tried was wonderful... If you stopped, but as soon as you moved (in the game) about every 3 seconds the games would stutter to stop, then start again... every 3 seconds. Okay, I need the drivers, so I jumped on nvidia and tried installing different drivers to see none to work with laptops. In fact whenever I tried to install I got the message that or the other driver is up-to-date or that I'm «not equipped for vista» Anyway to cut a long story short, I discovered www.laptopvideo2go.com when I discovered that Nvidia does not support drivers for laptops (even once cut a long and painful story short) so I used it recommended modded INF files as well as various pilots until the later. Unfortunately I still had the same problem, someone recommended it can become again the sound driver so I tried that no different.

After further investigation on various forums, it seems im not the only person who knows these probems. On these boards, I noticed that someone had the sound and graphics too jerky and sent it for repair to have the CPU, motherboard, ram etc replaced until they found the error on the HARD drive and once replacement he was fine.

Using this info and finally think I had put inside of it I took my laptop to the store and he was replacing, ultimately reinstalling everything and lift a game and running... guess what... still the same.
    This is totally unacceptable.
How do you market a product as games and entertainment laptop when she's obviously serious faults preventing these activities.

Anyone here have the solution? Also, I should mention that this problem persists when the resolution and graphic details fell to a minimum in the game.

    Thank you
    Darren

  • Dual channel mode is not enabled on the Satellite P50T-B-10V

    Hello

I recently bought a laptop by Satellite P50T-B-10V.

Everything works fine, but I saw in the software helped that it s not activated for 1The memory channel mode, although the chipset support this mode.

How can I solucionate what mind?

    + Memoria driver +.
    + Type Dual Channel (128-bit).
    + Modo Activo single channel (64-bit) +.

I hope that your answers! Thank you!

Dual channel mode can be activated manually.
Mode dual channel will be activated and used automatically if all of the requirements be fulfilled.

    What does that mean?
Well, to use the two channels, you need two memory modules and both modules need to support dual channel.

The Satellite P50T-B-10V seems to be equipped with a module of 8 GB RAM
    http://www.Toshiba.PT/laptops/satellite/satellite-P50-b/satellite-P50-b-10V/

This is why the double channel does not appear to be used.

  • G7-1329wm Pavilion: 1329wm RAM Dual Channel. Update the bios?

I bought 8 gigs of RAM laptop for my G7-1329wm Pavilion. Here it is:

    http://www.Amazon.com/GP/product/B00OUK919M?PSC=1&redirect=true&ref_=od_aui_detailpages00

It is already much faster than what I had before. My problem is that I expected to run at a speed of 2133 MHz and dual channel mode. CPU - Z does not have these results.

The two RAM slots show the same thing.

It made me start to wonder. Maybe my cell phone does not support dual channel mode or these speeds. So I was wondering if I could do a BIOS update if everything goes well accept more modern equipment and their speed. I checked in CPU - Z that my bios is old path, return from 2012. I couldn't find any support for an update through HP. Can an HP expert please let me know what I can do to get the most out of my RAM speed?

    Repair:

DDR3/1333 MHz (DDR3-1600 (1 GB / 2 GB / 4 GB / 8 GB) modules of memory supported as an alternative source for the DDR3-1333)

So max the card/motherboard/BIOS processor speed will allow the memory runs is at 1333 mhz. I'm frankly surprised the memory you have installed works at all. It's the equivalent of putting gasoline in an engine that can be only ordinary.

The problem goes well beyond BIOS. The chipset can operate at the maximum of 1600 mhz, and HP has set up to run at 1333.

    It is the specified memory:

    Memory modules (DDR3 10600 1333 MHz 2): 4 GB 621569-001

    http://www.Amazon.com/HP-621569-001-1333MHz-PC3-10600-SODIMM/DP/B005UF674S/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&QID=1457907477&SR=8-1&keywords=621569-001

It may seem paradoxical, but your laptop can actually run a little faster and in double channel if you put in the slower memory. You can see there is a lot of information in gray in the CPU - Z I think because the system is not able to see all the technical features of memory, that she does not expect to be there.

    Hi Bedanmel,

This problem is limited to any game in particular?

Method 1: Each game\program has a unique setting to turn on and turn off the sound. See the (manual) for certain keys product documentation or the game settings to "switch" the sound on or off.

Method 2: You can follow the steps described in the article below, which deals with a similar question
