No media art for songs on the rocket...

My playlists and download very good songs, but none of the album info download? It used to... but now I just get the generic next to each song cd image and that's all, ideas on how to solve this would be great! Thank you!!

Most of the audio files that I download isn't the information in them. There is a software called MP3Tag to overcome this problem. By using this software, you can label the information on an audio file. Try this brilliant software. It has never failed me!

Thank you

  • A problem with the transfer of songs with the "rocket"

Greetings people. I'm having a problem with the player MP3 Sansa Fuze to my father, and I'm quite confused. It seems to be one of these common problems of MTP/MSC. Here's the thing, when I originally hooked the MP3 player for him, I know it was in MSC mode, because this is the mode that is similar to a flash drive. I showed him how to transfer the songs on it. Now, we had recently to get the computer basically re-tire, updated, new motherboard, and all. I'm trying to set up for him to put some songs on it.

However, when the computer is in MSC mode, there no songs, no, nein, notta. However if I turn it on in MTP mode, the songs are there. But I * know * I never transferred everything using WMP because I prefer the simple 'drag and drop' method using Windows Explorer.

It seems so now I'm stuck with a bunch of songs on the MP3 player of my father who cannot be returned to the computer, and it cannot access unless it is through WMP. Is it possible to fix this?

    Thanks in advance.

I appreciate the help of everyone. I tried the solution with just type "Sansa Fuze 4 GB" Explorer solutions, but it does not work unfortunately. And Yes, I think that the player was in automatic detection at the origin, so I was probably drag / drop in MTP mode.

New but good and strange. Even in MTP mode, if I connect it to my laptop I am able to drag and drop anyway. So I'll do a simple copy and passed on my hard drive, format the drive and put it into MSC mode and put everything on.

  • Album art disappears for songs from the same album.

I was wondering if anyone else has this problem with AirPlay on Apple TV (4th generation)

Album art perfectly fine poster to a playlist in which each subsequent song has a different album cover than the preceding.

If, however, I play 2 or more songs in succession from the same album (and with the same cover), the album cover displays the playback of the first track and then disappears to the other songs on this album. Album art does not appear again until a song on a new album (with different cover art) is selected.

If you want to report your experience to Apple, you can send them your feedback here, choose 'Report a problem' in the menu type of feedback.

  • When I sort by artist in my music, I want to see individual artists for songs, NOT the artist album called various.  Is this possible?

I have an album called Billboard Hits 1962.  It's a compilation with several artists on the album album.  I notice that I can import music from my iPhone, but when I want to watch my music by artist, he ONLY see me the ARTIST of the ALBUM, not the artist of the song.

Is it possible to change this so that I see an album or various artists, but when I list by the artist see the list of individual artists not the different which he named everyone.

I tried every setting in iTunes to set up and that you can find no way to see the artists of the real song.

  • Proper display of Chinese characters for songs in the external SD cards

  • A few songs in MP3 format plays on the rocket but play fine when I use the computer media player

I have a 8 GB Fuze with an 8GB expansion card and I downloaded the latest firmware (I think it is 2.3 something), but sometimes when I play a few Mp3s just make a high-pitched sound weird, fast and then move on to the next. When I have the "rocket" plugged into my computer the song plays very well. What could be the problem? Usually, I just delete the song from the "rocket" and charge from my computer music file, or if it does not work I use an application like Super of E - rightsoft to remake the song. A song won't work, however. Is it my computer or my rocket? I downloaded from OneTrackMind.com, which is a free, legal site to download new music, and it's just this song.

Thanks to you all! I really appreciated your kindness, but the problem was solved to redo the song at a slightly lower rate - 160 instead of 192. Odd, given that 192 is well within the range of the MP3 on the "rocket". It could have been a corruption of the original or a problem of tag file, I guess. I'm not a tech person. Again, thank you all very much!

  • How to view the songs that were on the "rocket" using windows Explorer?

How to view the songs that were on the "rocket" when buying using windows Explorer?

Do you need the list or do you need knowledge where they are? If you are looking for the list just look for the Board of Directors. If you are looking for them on the "rocket" you must be connected in MTP Mode.

  • Help! The files do not appear on the rocket when it is connected to the computer

I brought all my library Windows Media WMA and mp3s on my rocket using auto when I got it. For some reason, the "rocket" do not place files in the music folder or elsewhere, that I can find them when it is connected to my computer. The music folder is empty. The files appear on my rocket only when it is disconnected! It's a pain to remove things quickly. I really want to sort through hundreds of songs and remove them manually one at a time to make room for the new. Can someone please?

I'm about to use my magical powers of intuition here.

Look in settings/USB Mode. Auto-Detect, right? (Please limit your applause.)

That's your problem. It detects a different USB mode for each computer.

There are two modes USB, MSC and MTP, modified through parameters. There are also automatic detection, which goes to the PSG first, then of MSC if there is no player Windows Media on the computer.

A computer can see a way or the other: just just the MTP or MSC.  The "rocket" sees all.

DPW works with Windows Media Player. This is prbably that you have configured on your PC.

MSC works as a generic flash/thumb/disc player. This is how you connect to the Mac.

Solution: Connect to the PC and move the files of the "rocket" to the PC.  Change MSC mode and put them on the "rocket" in MSC mode.  When you connect to the Mac that they will be there. And when you connect to the computer, they will be there as well - but now you will see them in MSC mode.

  • Pockets of poor quality on the rocket.

    Hey,.

I just added a few album covers using the drag-and - déposer on the "rocket". And the album art is not very clear compared to the art of the album in the songs accompanying the "rocket". So my question is how to get on the rocket high quality album art using any method (drag and drop, wmp or whatever it is.)

The "rocket" is not a very good resizing algorithm.  You tend to get much better results if you resize the art yourself.  I resize everthing to 120 x 120 (which is the size of the full display of cover art) and it's so much better when I let the art resize more great rocket, itself.

  • Why don't the folder Player\Art Cache\Local MLS \windows\ServiceProfiles\NetworkService\App Data\Local\Microsoft\Media have the cover art for all tracks in iTunes

I worked on issues related to the time to do a full scan with MSE.  I discovered that the MSE scan spent 4 hours going through the files in "\Windows\ServiceProfiles\NetworkService\App Data\Local\Microsoft\Media Player\Art Cache\Local MLS". With the information of the community, I was finally able to access these files and watch. I was more then a bit surprised to find that the cover is the cover art for tracks I have in iTunes. I deleted some files and found out that the cover for iTunes still works. Windows Media Player is not just music cover art.

So anyone know why Windows Media Player load cover art files on my system for iTunes titles? It loads the same cover for each track in an album don't ask me there are as many files in this folder.

I have disabled the service "wmpnetwk" and if it does not start even when I restart the computer. Once again thanks to the community. So if I just delete these files that will be the end of the matter?

The Player downloads album art to a database online where the information is provided by a variety of non-Microsoft, as AMG data providers.

The Player downloads album art when you rip a CD. To do this, the Player tries to match the CD for an entry in the online database. If it finds a match, the Player automatically downloads the media information that is available for the CD, including album art. In addition, the reader travels periodically your library songs lacking album art. If it can match a song that is missing from the album art to an entry in the database online, the player will download the missing album art. For information about changing how the Player downloads album art and other media information, see the question bring the player to the difficulty of the media information automatically in media information: frequently asked questions.

Why is album art missing sometimes?

The player would not be able to download album art from the database in the following situations:

    • You are not connected to the Internet during extraction of a CD.

    • You are connected to the Internet, but the online database is missing album art (or there is no media information at all) for the CD you are ripping.

    • Your system administrator has prevented your computer to download items such as album art from the Internet.

    • You ripped the CD using one program other than Windows Media Player; doing so could prevent the player from a match in the database online.

Finally, if the online database contains album art wrong for a CD, the Player downloads this pouch.

The following procedures describe the methods that you can use to fix missing or incorrect album art.

  • Windows Media Player does not recognize the new downloaded songs

    I have a Pavilion a4310f Prod Nr: race AY014AA-ABA, Win 7 Home Premium 64-bit.

I just found out that Windows Media Player does not recognize the songs, I recently downloaded from Wal-Mart music download Site.  The songs can be seen in the music library in a folder called 'Downloads' and I can open each song and he will play when double-clicked.  The problem is that I can't create a playlist containing the new songs and burn a copy of the reading list, because the songs are not listed in the Media Library Player any hot it is sorted (artist, Album, Genre, etc.).

Any help/suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

    Problem solved!

Went to: start == > Control Panel == > troubleshooting == > view all == > and ran troubleshooting on the library and the settings of WMP.

Convenience store detected library corrupt and "in media files appear in the WMP library.  Then ran convenience store on WMP settings which reset OMP to default settings.  After that, everything worked as announced.

Thanks to Big_Dave for putting me on the right track.

  • iTunes separating artist for each song by the same artist

This is something that concerns me for a long time. After you add a few Radiohead songs to the collection, it wouldn't put them in the same section of the artist. In this case a very large number. So I thought that any other time in this case, I have just remove the artist artist name and album for all of the music of this artist and works in general.

Not this time. Instead, what it's done is divide the artist for each song. Strangely, if I switch to the display of the album, each song is where it should be. I tried re-entry sorting and grouping information, but nothing seems to work.

    Hello winningbagoafx,

I understand that iTunes is unable to well to bundle a number of songs together under the same artist. The article linked below, although written for a slightly different situation, details information that can also be applied to a similar situation involving the artist rather than the album.

Why the songs with the same album art are not grouped together?

If a music file Movie Maker crashes
in a format that is not compatible. If you convert
the file to the format of .wma before importing, you
    can have a better result.

The converter below might be helpful to try:

(FWIW... it's always a good idea to create a system)
Restore point before installing software or updates)

    Format Factory
    http://www.pcfreetime.com/
    (FWIW... you can uncheck
all the boxes on the last screen)

After downloading and installing Format Factory...
Open the program and choose an output folder...
(this is where you will find your files when they are
    converted)

Drag and drop your audio clips on the main screen...

    Select "while"WMA"/ OK...

Click on... Beginning... in the toolbar...

    That should do it...

    Good luck.

  • Windows Media Player display incorrect or old titles of songs in the playlist

What should I do to get Windows Media Player to display the same names as the title of the songs stored on my computer.  I carefully added numbers on the beginnings of all the names of files in a folder (such as '01 -', '02 -', etc., less the quotes) so that they would be in the order I wanted to burn in.  Instead, only some of the songs are numbered.  The One song title is spelled "Untitled - 1", and I guarantee you he NEVER had this title, as I wrote.  When I add songs to the playlist of the folder on my data disc, for a fraction of a second, all the correct names are there, and then they change.  What the hell's up with that?  All I want is for the names of the files to display AS I WANT to BE AFFICHENT THEM, only not just some silly idea at Microsoft from what should be displayed.  In addition, the order that they are placed is almost always random and varies from one time to another.  Once when I added the twenty songs to the playlist that they were in good condition, although of course the names were wrong.  I checked the Options and could find nothing that would be implemented 'display the names of files in the folder.  Is this some sort of media internet update issue?

    Hi David...

Re - reading the thread I think your best option is to burn the troublesome track on a CD (as mentioned in my previous post - you use a rewritable if possible) If for example the track in question is for example issue 05 titles 1-5 of disc Records and then remove the media * and Explorer libraries (but keep a backup elsewhere just in case) - give the tracks all the correct information and rip them off then back libraries.

If this still him - could put you up a snip of the incriminated 'details' track properties tab? Cheers - Ric.

    * Important - deleted WMP (or select "remove from library and computer" when you are prompted in WMP)

  • Windows 7 Media Player 12.0.7601: album art don't is not displayed even if the column is selected and album art is saved on the drive

I just loaded all my music from my Windows XP system on my Windows 7 system.  Each album has album art that appears in "now playing".  But when I opened an album in library view and list titles, album art is not displayed even if she is among the columns selected to be shown.  All other columns appear and disappear depending on whether I choose them, but the album art is not.

How to display album art?  Please don't tell me to switch to playback.  It is very unpleasant for me.  Even if the album art is displayed there, the space that is takes 2/3 of the screen to keep a small image of the cover of the album.  The list of receives securities only 1/3 remaining, so there is not enough space to display more than the name of the track, rating and length.  In addition, I don't want to see the sides, but they show that even though I have deselected this column.

HI - in the library WMP view did you check the setting on the box highlighted in yellow in the screenshot below? (Depending on which section you are in you need to 'extended tile' or 'icons')-R.
