  2 days ago I reinstalled Windows 7 (64-bit) on my Satellite L850 - 17 K.
  I managed to reinstall all drivers, but I had some problems with my function keys.

  After a long search on the internet I found the utility flashcards, but now I don't have 4 flashcards appear (brightness, touchpad, mute, wireless) but only the touchpad function and mute answer. Before you reinstall Windows, I had also a function for the output of the screen which is also shown/not unresponsive.

  The flashcards, I also don't look the same as before.

  Anyone got any suggestions on how to solve this problem?

  According to the specifications of the laptop your Satellite was shipped with WIN7 64-BIT Home Premium so I don't understand why you do not use this recovery image that includes all the necessary drivers and tools and utilities.

  Anyway, if you want to have the clean version of the OS all things can be downloaded from Toshiba download page http://www.toshiba.eu/innovation/download_drivers_bios.jsp
  You need to install is that Toshiba value added package and all other tools specific to Toshiba and utilities.

• HP Envy 15 x 360: Audio, sound recording, but not releasing any

  Went to this for an hour and I tried all the previous solutions. I've updated, uninstalled/reinstalled, restart the computer, shoot bad, etc., but nothing seems to solve my audio. It is not a problem with the headphones as with or without them audio does not work. I think it's a problem with the speakers, but not quite sure.

  Thank you for visiting the Forums HP's Support and welcome. It's a great site for information and questions. I looked in your question about your computer laptop HP ENVY 15 x 360 and questions with no sound. Here's a documenton troubleshooting sounds if you need it.

  Please ensure that your edits were made on the laptop. In under his right click Device Manager and update driver. This is another step to try.

  1. right click the speaker icon in the lower right corner of your time.
  2. click on playback devices.
  3. click on speakers/headphones.
  4. click on properties.
  5. click on the Advanced tab in the Properties window.
  6. change the default menu Format in the highest quality.
  7. apply properties.
  8. click OK to close the Properties window.
  9. click OK to close the playback devices.

• printing test pages fine, but not pdf

  have a deskjet 2510. will print out the letters and the text very well, but when I try to print maps with symbols from a pdf file it prints the first 2 "fine then print very feint or not at all.  managed the doctor print and scan, have change of foxit adobe pdf files, but there is still the problem.  I did a full test page and everything goes well along the page, even if the black block, which should be next to the e-f color block isn't here at all. all black text printed fine. some of the small cages upstairs have a small broken line.  any help please

  Turn off the power of optimized storage and copy the files to your Mac.

  1. Click on the Apple icon in the upper left corner of your screen.

• IDT Audio Codec time Sound speakers but not with headphones on ENVY DV7 series laptop

  I bought my laptop not more than two months ago. Its perfectly played through my helmet literally the day before yesterday.

  Only two changes have occurred since then, first of all I accidentally plugged my headphones into the external microphone jack, then I updated the 'Music' for Windows 8 PC application.

  After my sound stopped working. I restored my PC to a restore point dated before its no longer works in my helmet, however resonates once again that in my speakers (when my headphones are disconnected). When I plug my headphones, sound no longer plays in my speakers but no sound from my headphones either.

  How can I get audio to play through my headphones?

  Try the following.

  First of all, download and reinstall the Chipset driver at the following link.

  Chipset Driver - Windows 8

  When reinstalling, restart the laptop.

  When windows has reloaded, download IDT Audio Installer on the link below and save it in your downloads folder.

  IDT Audio Installer - Windows 8.

  One time finished, open windows control panel, open Device Manager and open sound, video and game controllers.  Right click on the IDT device and select uninstall - also, you should get a command prompt to delete the current driver, check the box allow this and then proceed to uninstall.

  When you're done, shut down the laptop, unplug the AC adapter and then remove the battery.  Press and hold the Power button for 30 seconds.  Reinsert the battery and plug in the AC adapter.

  Robinet tap away at the key esc that you start the computer to launch the Start Menu, and then select f10 to open the bios menu.  Press f5 to load the default values (sometimes it's f9, but the menu below indicates the correct key), use the arrow keys to select 'Yes' and press ENTER.  Press f10 to save the setting and still use the arrow keys to select 'Yes' and press on enter.

  Allow Windows to fully - charge it will automatically load an audio driver, but let just this complete.  Then open your download folder, right-click on the IDT Installer and select "Run as Administrator" to launch the installation.  Once this done, do a right-click the speaker icon in the taskbar and select playback devices.  'Speakers and headphones' left click once to highlight, and then click the Set Default button - check if you now audio with headphones.

  Recently received this recorder DVD, but when playing, I'm only getting sound but no picture. Hardly see where I have gone wrong.

  Have you tested the different with several original DVDs DVD recorder and eventually recorded with program?

  If I understand you right, you can see the menu and everything but only video material is not visible, right?

  I have a Toshiba Satellite A110, my sound seems to have, well... I can hear sounds system, but nothing else, and the volume icon disappeared from my toolbar.

  I did everything I can think of in the Control Panel, but all elements of volume control / sound in the control panel are grayed out, so I can't restore my sound icon, or adjust the volume, or whatever it is!

  I installed the updates and did almost everything, such as recommended in the help section, which was not very helpful!

  If you have no much experience, just try to roll back the BONES at that earlier time. Maybe it will help you to solve this problem. It is very easy to do:

  Start > all programs > Accessories > system tools > system restore. Choose the option restore my computer to an earlier time. Please choose a date "BOLD" on the calendar and follow the instructions on the screen.

• OfficeJet 7310 all-in-one will send faxes but not receive them!

  My fax test says 'success' completely, faxes come, but my all-in-one ignores the incoming faxes.  It is set up as usual to answer on the second ring, double joints.  It just will not pick up... All solutions?
