No response error and timeout device

Hi guys,.

I'm quite desperate I'm trying to control a pump scaler, but this does not and gets the time-out expired before the operation is complete.

(1) I checked that rate baud, bit, parity... are as indicated in the manual of the device.

(2) the simplest command is /1ZR (to Prime the pump) and as a character of endpoint requires a carriage return.

(3) cable and pump are working as I have no problem to control with a simple software, made by Cavro (not in labview)

According to this threat ( https://forums.ni.com/t5/LabVIEW/Changing-termination-character-doesn-t-seem-to-work/m-p/1898261#M63... ) there could be a problem of ending character, I tried to do the same thing but nothing. What I've done so far:

-J' have helped stop character and change A through D on the front. I wrote /1ZR as a command (visa series configure serial port icon)

-J' wrote directly /1ZR\r in the write buffer, (display "-")

-J' also tried the last choice with the addition of a line break at the end /1ZR\r\n

In all these cases, I get a time-out expired before the operation is complete. Someone has an idea of what's going on?

I've attached a picture to clarify.

Thank you very much in advance

The problem may be with your /1Z\r of the chain. If you change the constant display of the display of the code string (by right-clicking on it), you get the following string /1ZR\\r which is not recognized by the hardware so that you get a timeout on VISA Read.

Change to view the code and write the appropriate command or use the string concatenation function.

  • Add/Remove components error and DVD driver error: Windows cannot load the driver for this hardware device. The driver may be corrupted or missing. (Code 39)

Original title: Add/Remove components error and DVD driver error

Yesterday, I removed several components of windows to attempt to clean my cpu. After the reboot, I noticed that my DVD drive disappeared. I tried to update the driver but told me I have the most updated version, I uninstalled and reinstalled the drive, but I still get the same error. Under Driver Details, it shows that I have a lot of drivers for my Phillips DVD player. However, the status of the device is the following: Windows cannot load the driver for this hardware device. The driver may be corrupted or missing. (Code 39) Click Troubleshoot to start the troubleshooter for this device. I've done the troubleshooting, and the two options has not fixed the problem.

Then I tried to add windows components that I removed, thinking maybe that was the problem. However, when I try to add them, I get an error message that says: 'Setup cannot copy the file zClientm.ex_' it shows the location of this file as being in windows/i386, and of course, the file is located in this folder. So when I go to browse to locate the file, I find and click on it to open it, but I keep getting the same error message that the file is not found and Setup cannot continue.

I realize that this problem seems very rare and weird, but any help at all would be appreciated. Thank you.

  • Cannot connect anything through Bluetooth. Errors of pilots and other devices.

    Hello

I am unable to connect anything to my computer via Bluetooth most. I used to connect my Flip JBL speakers to my PC via Bluetooth, but now I can't.

Under my devices and printers, there is an icon on my PC and JBL Flip which declares that both need to troubleshooting for the missing drivers. When I try to get these drivers, they are unable to do so. Recently, this problem happened after I tried to connect my Dual Shock 3 controller to my Kinivo BTD - 400 Bluetooth USB Adapter. (I'm on a laptop and also have built in Bluetooth).

In Device Manager, I have the following errors:

    Interface devices:

-Bluetooth Remote Control: this device cannot start. (Code 10)

    Other features:

-Bluetooth device: the drivers for this device are not installed. (Code 28) There is no driver selected for the item or a set of device information.

    Sound, video and game controllers:

-Bluetooth hands-free Audio: this device cannot start. (Code 10)

My built-in Bluetooth does not work with any device and is neither my Kinivo. I am currently working with the support Kinivo customer as well, but I need help here, too.

Looks like your driver is missing or corrupt.

Try to download your Bluetooth driver for your laptop from your site of manufactured goods.

Uninstall existing bluetooth driver, reboot the PC.

Then install the latest bluetooth drivr, downloaded from the website of the manufacturer. Then try to connect to your bluetooth device.

  • HP DL380 Gen9: HPDL380 Gen9 GRUB! error: no such device: HPEZCD240

I have to install the operating system in a new Gen9 DL380.

    It has two SATA drives.

    "error: no such device: HPEZCD240.

No idea how to solve this problem? Is there another way to set up the matrix of discs?

    Thanks in advance, Miguel

I found the solution in page 10 of the manual http://www.hp.com/ctg/Manual/c04419967.pdf

I was because I added a GPU, and I plugged the monitor the GPU video output.

    From the Manual:

Cause all the Gen8 and Gen9 ProLiant servers provide only video F10 on the integrated video card and through the remote console of the ILO. If a GPU is installed in addition to the integrated video card, the software is unable to determine the "right" monitor at boot time, and F10 video redirects to the virtual video of the ILO or the integrated video port.

  • Satellite A300-1N8 on XP in AHCI - "iaStor" error and gel

    Hello guys,.

A friend of mine bought a new A300-1N8 Toshiba without BONE a month ago.

I installed Win XP Pro Sp3 and after 2 days of wondering how to activate DCIS (because in compability mode it was hellish slow), I found out how do and I've done my XP with NLite and drivers from the Intel Matrix Storage Manager - ICH9M and reinstalled windows in AHCI mode with no problems (because I did not know that there is a way to install it without reistaling windows)
I installed all the drivers on the site and everything was going well until the time we discovered that the system randomly stops responding and freezing... then restarts the only way to switch.

I found that in the event viewer (in the Control Panel - administrative tools) on the information system pops up an error randomly:
    {color: #ff0000} "the device, \Device\Ide\iaStor, did not in the expiration time". {color}
And in fact, the Iastor.sys was the system for the Intel AHCI controller driver, is it good?

So after this error apears - the HDD lights on and the system unresponsive after some time or after trying to restart or shut down Windows menu start.

    I found here
    [http://www.hardforum.com/showthread.php?t=1368385]
the error can be can be solved by changing the settings in the LPM from 1 to 0.
I fixed it but the still apears in the error and the system freezes randomly :(

    Any suggestions?

Hmm, I read on one of the sites that I've found in google that a HARD disk failure could cause this problem too.
A guy has reported on the same issue of time out, and after installing Win XP on another HDD error didn t happen.

  • VISA 1073807343 errors and 1073807202

    Hello everyone,

I have several issues with the VISA 5.0.3 and LabVIEW 2010 SP1, and I don't know if or how they are related, so I'll post as much information as I have here. Please excuse the super post long, just trying to be thorough.

Error BFFF009E (same as 1073807202 I think) appears to the MAX aperture as seen in attached ss1. When you try to open the VISA Interactive Control (IC), I get the message "failed to initialize the library VISA. The VISA interactive control utility will leave. "When I open any VI with a VISA resource and try to click the drop down arrow on the right to see the resources available, the arrow remains derpessed during a second, no field drop-down list is displayed, and then it returns to its original blank State. These problems all live together now, but before I could select BT VISA resources and use VISA IC, while I have always seen the error MAX.

I tried to fix VISA, as well as VISA uninstall-reinstall 5.0.3 which I believe is the most recent version. No change. I also checked that visa32.dll exists as suggested in the article below. See systeminfo.txt attached to the installed software.

    http://digital.NI.com/public.nsf/allkb/1D1736BFD24A09878625742500241386

This error seems to be related to an oscilloscope Tektronix DPO 2014 I connected via USB (or maybe something to do with TekVISA?). By this I mean that if the scope was connected when my computer started, this error occurs. When the field is not connected at startup, I don't see the same problems as above. Instead, I get...

Error 1073807343 (BFFF0011) when you run a VI with a VISA resource to a serial device (see ss2), or connecting to the device in IC of VISA (see ss3). I also always see the error of BFFF009E to the MAX, but not the other problems on front. I can connect to these serial devices in hyperterminal and communicate very well here. Seems similar to the post below and also, I can't find visaconf.ini, but the solution does not apply as I LV 2010. In addition, ironically, I use VISA very well talk to the scope (whether to the MAX or LV) via USB if I connect after booting.

    http://forums.NI.com/T5/instrument-control-GPIB-serial/using-HP34401A-in-LabVIEW-yields-error-code-1...

I use series of USB adapters made by Ultra (http://mail.ultraproducts.com/product_resources.php?cPath=35&pPath=782&productID=782 ) to go from instruments of series to my USB ports and the computer I'm unfortunately has no serial ports to be tested with, nor do I have another brand of the adapter. I know these converters can sometimes be a VISA problem, but I was certainly with it even without problem before.

They that all seem to have intermittent problems, because I have seen both before as I have developed and pushed to go to strange as things exchanging (apparently identical) USB extension cables or restart a dozen times. This issue has been driving me crazy for weeks, I am looking for help to try to solve it finally.

    Thank you

    Ratti

I think I got especially. Looks like it was TekVISA who got in the way, and if Visa32.dll was in the right place, it appeared (in properties > details) as the version of Tektronix, not the version of LabVIEW. After you have uninstalled all Tektronix as well as NI-VISA, he had disappeared, but no money to install or repair NI-VISA would be replaced by a version of LabVIEW Visa32.dll.

However, with the help of the article from the link below, I discovered that the repair of the installation of the driver NI-VISA DURATION is what replaces Visa32.dll, as opposed to NO-VISA just as messages of error and other links seemed to suggest.

    http://digital.NI.com/public.nsf/allkb/B283196340462DFD86257633006DC799

Now all the VISA stuff works again, except of course for the scope of Tektronix. I'll keep this battle for the future. Guess I just needed to talk to myself for a while.

  • With the help of TestStand to get the number of errors from a device

I use TestStand to communicate with a device that tests itself. TS has just appealed a DLL which, through a channel series learns how many errors the device had for each test (such as ethernet). It must be continuously for each test for approximately 3 days. While I realize that this is not the way that TS is supposed to work, due to the end already be finished I just simple settle.

    My question is:

What is the best way to organize the test steps (calls DLL that returns the number of errors) and the results? I looked at just looping through a test sequence, but this would result in millions of individual results altogether? Is there a way to update the same result for a stage, when it is called 1000 times?

    Thank you

Add each error to a variable in a loop that runs for 3 days. Save the variable data to the report at the end.
