  Ok. It took a few try, but I got it. When you go to your call logs and the first call is highlighted, click on the button next to the number "0". The one with the arrow pointing upwards and the aA on it. Hold down this key and scroll your trackball until all appeals are highlighted. Press the berry, then click on remove. And there you go.

  This code works very well for having trackball phones (9000 "BOLD", 8310, etc.). But 8707 doesn't have a trackball. How to convert this code to make it work for 8707.  This part of the code performs a click "Menu"-> scroll down once-> Click.

This will delete all messages prior to that date.

  You can also press and hold the right shift key (I think) and scroll the trackball and which allows to select more than one message. Then you can press the delete key.

  Nothing shows up for me... the directory that appears is/home/user/music. In my view, the directory that needs to happen is/home/user/ringtones. There is a folder that contains the default pre-loaded ringtones.

  How can I change the /ringtones from /music directory?

  This will give the tone to this profile.

  There is no way of really good to do. The only way to do is a number at a time. There is no way block to do. Your best bet is to use BlackBerry Desktop Manager and create a backup of your device.

  If you really want the contacts on the SIM card:

  1. Open a contact in your address book.
  2. Scroll to a phone number.
  3. Press the menu button, and then select copy to SIM Phone Book.
  4. Repeat for each phone number. If you have multiple numbers for a particular contact included!
