  Loaded iTunes on my new laptop Toshiba Satellite L450D - 11G but when I try to burn a playlist to disk it never said "no found supported disc burners.

  I guess the Toshiba "Disc Creator" is not supported by iTunes? Gift; t really want to buy a package of disc burner - any ideas how bypass this problem?

  I m not a user of iTunes, but you can try another burning software disc which is freeware. It s called CD Burner XP and works on most versions of Windows.

  In my opinion, it has the same functions as Nero, you can burn data, audio and video discs and also copy discs but it s fast as Nero.

• Satellite L450D - reset in the factory installation

  Hi guys, tried a factory reset and the laptop turned off itself to half way through, and I can't return it to all the. The laptop is a Toshiba Satellite L450D-11w and it was under windows 7. When I try to load it up I get the message bootmgr lack press ctrl alt del to restart.

  Tried to get into the bios and start but do not have much options just hd and cd drive not working. I also turned off and tried holding zero to load once warned a friend told me should appear, without success. When I go to boot the drive configuration only options I have are toshiba mk3263gsx-(s2) or tsstcorp cdvdw ts-l633c-(s4). I have no idea what to do from here after trying a few options, would be really grateful for the help.

  I have a new Toshiba Satellite L450D - 11G with Windows 7. A few days ago the right click button no longer works and I think it could be related to viruses. When I turn on the laptop the left button, that's what should be the right button until I have bring up the Task Manager, then the left button works normally but law does not work. I tried to restore to the factory settings, but it did nothing.

  I have a laptop Toshiba Satellite L450D-13U with 2 GB of RAM and no hard drive.
  My problem is that the display does not illuminate. I tried all the well known stuff and stuff like taking the battery, power down etc button but nothing seems to work.

  Can't even connect to an external monitor. Is there a part that I could change what can help this problem?

  Hello everyone.

  I have a Toshiba Satellite L450D - 13 X for children, and for the price it's a good laptop. Have had no problems with it until two weeks ago, when the screen froze for boys while playing a game and downloading a program on the net. Had to make a stop of force and since then, we have a BSoD on each startup. That's what we tried:

  On "Starting Windows", we are given the option to either 'Launch Startup Repair' that ends as BSoD or "Start Windows normally" who returns to the list of option "starting Windows."
  Any attempt enter 'Safe Mode' BSOD results.
  Attempt to boot an ISO of the disk recovery Windows on a USB key (we did put highlight and make promotion up) results in BSoD. Borrowing a correct installation of Windows 7 DVD and highlighting what an option cause BSoD.

  In fact, the only option that we used who threw something different has been using advanced startup options. On one of these options, we've got the Blue Screen of Death with the following information:

  Unmountable_Boot_Volume
  Disable memory the Bios Options such as cache/occultation

  It is really possible that the HARD drive is faulty.
  If possible try to get another same HDD used for test purposes and install OS using the Toshiba recovery image.

  A friend of mine had a similar problem and after Exchange of HARD drive, everything went well again.

  I don't know what version of Win7 do you use and what can be the problem of using WLAN but if you use original recovery image, everything should work properly.

  At first check please if the wireless network card is installed correctly. You can check in the Device Manager.
  If the wireless network adapter is installed correctly, it must be enabled. Usually, this can be done by using the FN + F8 key combination.

  What does not work exactly? You have problem with the FN keys in general or just using FN + F8?

• Problem of warranty with Satellite L450D-11V

  I just need some advice here.
  I own a Toshiba Satellite L450D-11V with a years warranty. I bought it in the city of Belfast in the United Kingdom.
  So that travel in Asia one of my Ram chips burn for some reason, and when I arrived in Australia, I had to get it replaced.
  Now the chip grilled while the laptop was under warranty, but at the time where I got to the shop in Australia, it was a month after the expiration of the warranty.
  It cost me a cool $ 194.00 to get a new chip in it as I understand, it was a Toshiba registered shop.

  Basically, I want to know who do I contact about this because I kept the broken part and any reception and relieved of taxes for the expenses.
  I understand it has been repaired after expiration of the warranty and so I am not able to get help, but I'm being honest when I say that it happened before hand and I'm pretty sure there's a way to check when it is grilled.
  If anyone can point me in the right direction or give me some advice, I'd appreciate it.

• Satellite L450D does not illuminate

  Hi guys

  Just go here, I have a Toshiba Satellite L450D, who wouldn't start in fact nothing else than the green power on light, then I decided to strip down for a look after removing the keyboard & switch cord Ribbon & all the rest I just thought I would plug the power cable without screw it anything back together & lo & here are the fan started to spin , but only for 5 seconds, the cdrom is the normal sounds, I got another green light showing & battery light came.

  But no. DISPLY even never tried to boot from the hard drive? Anyway, I screwed all back together & tried it lights up but I was to square, nothing else that even once the first green light.
  So I have disassembled again & attached Ribbon power & I returned to lights, cd rom, fan.

  I left who was just wondering if anyone can tell me what the fault is please?

  Have you tried an external monitor? Probably only the internal screen is defective and if you see n t photo. It s worth a try.

  Also, unplug the AC adapter and remove the battery. Wait at least an hour and then reconnect the two devices. Try to boot up your laptop now and check what is happening.

  In the worst case you need professional assistance service authorized because it looks like a hardware malfunction. Is your laptop under warranty? In this case the repair would be free. :)

• Satellite L450D - 11G - no internet connection after reinstalling Win 7

  I just installed win 7 pro 64-bit so I can increase the RAM up.
  Initially I had win 7 Home premium SP1.

  I have a Toshiba satellite L450D - 11G PSLY5E.
  I downloaded all the drivers from Toshiba on a memory stick from a source different and then installed on the Toshiba.

  Then, I opened all the drivers one by one and ran each driver individually.
  In Device manager there is a yellow exclamation next to the network controller.

  I have a home network setup that I can connect to the net using phones, tablets and other portable computers.
  The icon on the laptop says NO CONNECTION, NOT of CONNECTIONS AVAILABLE.

  Y at - it a special order to install the drivers. I have install in the order in which they were downloaded.

  Any ideas anyone. TA

  Do you have problems with the internet connection using WLAN and LAN?

  I recommend you to check if the correct drivers have been installed.

  The wireless network card should be Realtek RTL8191SE 802.11bgn

  Built in LAN module is published also by Realtek...

  so in both cases you need a Realtek drivers

  In general you can swap the HARD drive or update it with more a (ability), but the installation of recovery should work. It is important to use compatible HARD drive for certain system.
  I did several times in the past. No problem at all.

  After HDD change the value of the BIOS default settings and start recovery installation using created the recovery disc.

  Start your laptop and when you see Toshiba welcome screen pres F12 repeatedly to enter the boot menu.
  When the menu is displayed on the screen, put the recovery DVD in the optical disc drive.
  In the menu choose you CD/DVD and press ENTER.
  Installation of recovery should start.

  What you mean with Netgear wireless account exactly? Do you mean the router Netgear WLAN?

  Normally, you can connect to each WLAN router. It makes no difference which manufacturing, you have the router but factory settings are different, this means that some routers have DHCP and static IP addresses, for example. I think you should check the TCP/IP configuration and update the WLAN driver.
