NOOT - QY7 Bluetooth headphones do not work

I installed the headphones on my Dell compatible portable computer bluetooth running under Windows 7, but not may not use because it is impossible to find the driver for the headphones. I went through all the troubleshooting options, contacted the company that fought back 'they do not require a driver. Anyone out there have the same problem with this product? Does anyone have a solution?

    Method 1:

    Step 1:

    You can check if the headphones are activated as a playback device. To do this, see the following steps:

    (a) the Pearl-click Start and type Sound in the start search box.

    (b) in the Start Menu Options, select change adapter settings .

    (c) then, on the Read tab, right-click and select Show hidden devices and Show disconnected devices if they are available.

    (d) select headphones and select

    Step 2:

    Also try to put headphones of default device and check, follow the steps below.

    (a) go to Start and click on Panel.

    (b) click Sound, and then a new window will open.

    (c) in the new window click on the "Playback" tab and right-click in the window and click on Show disabled devices.

    (d) now check if headphone is listed there and right-click on it and choose activate.

    Please check if the headphones work fine or not with other computers.

    If so, then let us know how long have you had this problem? Did you change to the computer?

    If this is not the case, the problem is with the headphones that you may need to change.

    You can try the following steps:

    Close all programs, are preparing to open the first program that will use the headphones:

    -Right click on the Volume icon and select playback devices.
    -Select the headset as default device and open the program that you want to use this device, it will play on the current default device.

    The program will continue to play through the headset.

    NOTE: If the head phones are not displayed, you will need to select the option to view the disabled devices and disconnected devices and select head phones from the list and set its default value.

    After back and let us know if it helped to solve your problem.

  • Omen: OMEN portable headphones do not work

    My headhpones does not work on all new HP Omen.  I already bought this laptop once before (and then spilled a drink on) and my helmet has worked on this laptop.  They do not work on this new one.  I uninstalled the drivers and reinstalled the audio driver from the HP website.  Still does not work.  I used a variety of headsets, more regular, of game (with a usb accessory) etc. and none work.

    Sound does not continue out of the laptop when the headphones are connected.

    Any help would be great.

    I've had one laptop to another in the past and I didn't have this problem with this computer, but then 3 weeks ago I bought myself this Qosmio F20 and try to send the info to my Sony-Ericsson K600i.
    He worked with my other laptop. On my laptop I don't see devices in the Control Panel, but it doesn't seem to be any information for any active or visible Bluetooth to my phone.

    It would be very useful to know the name of your unit. Qosmio F20 - xxx.
    I ask because the Bluetooth module is not available on several units of Qosmio F20.
    In my opinion you should first check if the laptop supports Bluetooth.

    • Have you tested the headphones on both the plug on the laptop?
    • Have you tested the headphones on another computer?

    Check and make sure that the headphones are not defective, the headphones on another computer to test.

    Make sure that the headphones are not connected on the line (headphone) jack of your sound card or computer (unless you want to be listening with headphones rather than speakers).

    If the headphones work correctly on the other computer and then run the troubleshooter of playback of the sounds from the link below and check if it helps.

    I was with my Dell Inspiron 7559 this weekend and suddenly stop the audio of my helmet. I had no problems during the first month I got the laptop and audio still pregnant works very well. When I plug in the headphones the dialog box also don't watch not asking questions on the audio device connected to the port. I know the headset works on my phone, and I tried uninstalling the Realtek audio driver and using the native driver. Nothing seems to work. Someone at - it suggestions? I'm grateful for any help!

    Thanks for posting.

    Have you tried another set of headphones?  The 7559 decision-making is a composite, which means that the headphones and microphones can be inserted into the same taken.  So if your current headphones are not lining up with the plug, so they will not show.

    Some customers have tried a different approach by purchasing one of these dividers, which seem to work pretty well, and they are inexpensive.

    Bought a new xps15 a few months ago and have been very happy with it so far - but! I travel a fair bit type and has recently invested in a together pretty expensive headphones join my new laptop in-flight. Much to my dismay, helmet shots don't seem to work - I tried a few different helmets, but no joy.

    If anyone can help, I hope theres a simple solution that I really don't want the hassle of sending the laptop for repairs...

    If the Realtek audio driver is not installed, then install it. You can have audio without it, but the catch will not work all right.

    If it is currently installed then uninstall it (go to start > Control Panel > uninstall a program) and download a new copy and install it. You can tell if it is installed if you see the word 'Realtek' in the properties sound, similar to this:

    While you are in the properties you can right click on "Speakers" and then select "Set up speakers" to make sure that the configuration is correct.

    I have a Dell XPS 1530, which had Vista 32 bit running. I have recently upgraded to Windows 7 Ultimate. Ever after that the Bluetooth of DELL BH 200 headset does not work with my laptop.

    The bluetooth adapter and the device is fine since I'm able to search and find all bluetooth devices, including my helmet. However, I get a yellow exclamation on the headset under devices. The headset can be paired with other devices such as my mobile and works very well.

    I tried to update the drivers and reinstall the device and the adapter from the Device Manager. We have a similar setup on my brother's computer and it works fine.

    Another thing to watch, would be what battery is used.  I know from personal exp some devices work with Toshiba stack, vs the MSFT pile up.  Do a search and see if anyone else uses a different battery with these devices.
