  ATT Uverse uses port 443 for flow towards Wireless HD receivers in the House. There is a way to change the port it uses, and I'll try and do it later and post my results in case someone else is having the same problems.

  Go to the HP website and download the updated driver for your wireless card.  Install the driver to see if it will help you solve the problem.  If it doesn't, use an ethernet cable and connect directly to the modem to see if your connection is always good.

The blackberry browser connects either, only opera mini-tout this time I am connected to my wifi at home and I UMA. Calls and texting works fine. Follow the steps in this document to create a new user account.
