Notification update unwanted creative cloud App - Acrobat DC
Acrobat installed CC - but the Update Notification cannot be deleted
Adobe Acrobat DC app is advising me to UPDATE in the application of CC even though I do not agree with this request and did not install.
I only have the subscription of photography.
Does anyone know why CC is informed a soft uninstalled?
How to remove this notice unwanted without uninstall applications CC, spinning a chicken around my head and removal of secret files?

Please, try the following steps:
- Uninstall Adobe CC (Creative Cloud help |) Uninstall the creative Office Cloud app)
- Reboot the computer.
- Install the latest Adobe Creative cloud version from the link: CC help | Creative cloud desktop

I get an error code 1 when you try to update the creative cloud app
I've made several attempts to install the update on the last 2 weeks and get the same error - #1. Download freezes at 5%.
Update is to version 2.1.3.121 on Mac. I'm on OS 10.9.5
Try Uninstaller CC once before removing all the apps.

Lightroom has said there is an update while creative cloud app says there isn't.
Lightroom 5 CC (PC Windows 8.1) pops up a window saying that there is an update to Lightroom 5. I click on the button download in this pop up window and it takes me to the page Web that said close Lightroom and then click Install next to LIghtroom in the creative cloud application. I close LR and open the creative cloud application, but there is no button 'Install' next to Lightroom CC. Instead, it says "up to date".

Since this CC in Lightroom is a new product, it will not show as an update in Adobe Application Manager. First try logging of cloud creative and back in and then press the install button which should now appear next to Lightroom in the Application Manager.
Here's how you connect and disconnect the cloud creative desktop App.

Hi, I have purchased recently Adobe Creative Cloud (for students and teachers). All programs are working well since then, but there is a problem. I can't update these applications. I have my internet connection 24/7, and my pc meets all the technical features. While the update always brings up the message: "the update server is not responding. The server may be offline temporarily, or the settings of firewall or Internet is perhaps incorrect. "Any solution to this problem would be appreciated as soon as possible. Man, I really want to update my Illustrator with the new exclusive cloud updated!

I have a subscription of CC photo by using photoshop and lightroom. I own Acrobat Pro XI. My desktop creative cloud app keeps saying to update Acrobat DC? I am not a subscriber to the DC?

I would like to inform you that you're not subscribe to the Acrobat DC as is the latest version of the Acrobat program & as you XI Acrobat Pro & Cloud membership for photoshop & lightroom, you keep getting the message to upgrade to Acrobat Pro DC (latest version). If you have Acrobat Pro XI subscription, then you can also install the latest version that is Acrobat Pro DC.
If you XI Acrobat pro as serialized product then you must buy Acrobat Pro DC as improved version.

My creative cloud app Manager begins immediately the update when it is opened, and it freezes and never ends the update. So I'm not able to access anything whatsoever. How to stop the update process, or reload? I have to reinstall everything?

You have to just reinstall CC app. Please follow the steps mentioned below to solve this problem, depending on your operating system.
(Mac)
(1) close adobe all processes in the activity monitor (cloud Creative), synchronization of the base, CC, ccx, services for the desktop application adobe, adobe office, CIB Adobe updater AAM Broker service
2) navigate to the following locations and assign all permissions to the adobe folders to the current user. To navigate, click on go in the bar on then click goto... type/library/application support of / and then click OK.
(3) to assign the authorization right click on adobe folder and click on Get info... A window will open. Then click on the lock symbol to allow editing. Then click on sign + to add your user name. Then change read only to read and write. Then click gear icon on the bottom and click on apply to the elements included and click ok... Go to the next step then.
3) navigate to the location following support/adobe application and rename in oobe to oobe.old and aamupdator.old aamupdator.
(4) place you ~/Library/application support/adobe/oobe and rename in oobe to oobe.old and aamupdator.old aamupdator.
Cloud creative library and remove 5 open application).
(6) open utility library of the application itself and delete Adobe application manager and creative cloud
(7) install creative cloud from link according to https://creative.adobe.com/products/creative-cloud
(8) launch cc app and it should work properly
(Windows)
(1) close adobe all processes in the Task Manager (Core sync services for the desktop application adobe, adobe office, broker CIB Adobe updater AAM service)

Go to c:/programdata/Adobe and oobe and rename it oobe.old
Go to c: / / programfiles86x/common files/adobe/and rename the oobe oobe.old and aamupdator to ammupdator.old and delete the folder Adobe application manager
Go to c: / / Users/username/appdata/local/adobe/rename in oobe to oobe.old and aamupdator.old aamupdator
Go to Control Panel/Add or remove programs and uninstall cloud creative app
Install app creative cloud from link according to https://creative.adobe.com/products/creative-cloud
Run it and it should work.

My creative cloud app will not open. Updated last week
My creative cloud app will not open. It updated last week. It says program close app does not. I went to different menus to help and try to delete these files specified such as AAMUpdater, OOBE and OOBE1 and then start the creative menu cloud app. Have always the same message that "program does not - close the program." I don't know what to do now. Fortunately, Photoshop still works and I don't want to update now while there are updates available. I don't know what to do.
Finally, I put on my backup from 11/02/16 who had an older version of the CCA on it. After the backup, he updated and now it opens. Why none of the fixes worked? I lost last night and today all on it. It would not have been so boring if at least one of the fixes had worked.

My creative cloud app wouldn't update so I followed the instructions to uninstall, clean and reinstall and now I get an error code 43 after 2%. Now, I can't reinstall all the apps. Is there something im missing? IM on a mac.

Updated Creative Cloud Apps on both computers. I have to do in each update TWICE, it's twice the bandwidth (hours), the costs and inconveniences. Adobe spoke on the online chat Support - no help and no empathy, it's a very serious fault and not what I expect from Adobe.
Why updates cannot be downloaded on a computer and then used to update the other?
Currently my MacPro is up to date, my iMac is waiting on 12 updates.
I hope someone out there can help.
If you have enough computer knowledge to use usb to transfer files updated, you can circumvent the application of cc desktop and use direct downloads:

2 questions really. 1. I think to subscribe to creative cloud dc acrobat and want to trial first. I downloaded the installer and then clocked to install. Once it was finished I clicked on start application and nothing happened. I can't find where acrobat has been installed to. Any ideas? 2. I can change my computer in the future not far away and its possible that I can switch to a mac. What is the situation with me having subscribed to acrobat dc creative cloud on a pc and then move to a Mac? Sorry if sounds stupid but please understand that I may need to do.

I use Mac OSX El Capitan. It's 2 days I'm trying the update 2 apps and download Premiere Pro for the first time, but creativity cloud App reports "waiting for download. I tried to remove the app and reinstall, I tried to fix the permissions but not way to download.
Any suggestions?
