• Export to avi, too dark colors

  When I export an uncompressed avi movie, I get a 3 GB file to a 22sec film that cannot be played with vlc. When I choose to compress the movie with Xvid I get an 8 MB file that works perfectly, but the colors are too dark. Is it possible that I can compress the movie but still keep a sizeable file (say 50 MB), which keeps the true colors?

  I run this on a Mac and now windows 8 and the version of windows the curved Bezier handles are dark blue and change the background does not help me be able to see them.

  Why is it dark blue? I would like to change them into white or a lighter color code temporal or other numbers in the effects window are a lighter blue.

  The latest version of Premiere Pro has the blue interface has changed. It seems that you have updated to the latest version only on the Windows computer. (Premiere Pro 20141 CC to be exact)

  Unfortunately, there is no way to change the blue color.

  And on a Mac, you can run an older version (Premiere Pro CC 2014.0.1 in my opinion, if you're the PP CC 2014)

• Portege R500-10J: not possible to watch movies - colors screen too dark

  I recently bought a Portege R500-10J and have a pretty bad problem - I can not watch every movie (DVD or *.avi or anyone else) here. All media are invisible on the screen. Its too dark and some colors are recorded.

  I have no problem with all office applications, or browsing the internet, the colors are perfect for screen 12.1 inch, but using any application media is almost impossible.

  Didn't help not change any settings. The colors are extremely poor. I have not install anything but this was while the computer is first.

  Anyone know - is it a hardware problem (video card) or software (drivers, codecs, sth else), or it is a normal phenomenon?

  Hope it can be fixed. This laptop is supposed to be used for watching movies on a trip...

  To be honest, it is not easy to understand your problem. I guess you use battery power while traveling. In this case, intelligence tool will probably switch to energy saving mode. In this case, the display brightness will increase at a lower level.

  You can set it to the highest level by using the FN + F7 key combination. Be sure that the screen is in the right direction (90 degrees from your eyes).

  I have something even. JPEGs are fine, naves are a few weeks ago 1.5 stop underexposed. It only happens with LR and Photoshop. Not with Nikon View or Capture. It only happenes when I use the d-lighting option active with one of my Nikon several. Is equivalent to your problem or is there something else?

• Random colors are too dark. Questions on the color boxes

  Hey all,.

  I'm trying to change the color of the plots on a graph of mixed signals remotely using the 'color box' which works very well. However, I'll also put squares of color to a color at random when the program starts first of all which is where my problem lies.

  What I am doing, is that I have a random number generator pumping a number then I multiply the number by 10000000, just to give me some brighter than the dark colors, and then I wired to I'm defining the random color on the color box control. The problem is that even if it does not the decent colors some colors produced are quite dark and difficult to see on the graph of mixed signals.

  I could make the graphic background a different color if I have to in order to see a majority of the colors coming out, but I would rather that have the colors come out on the side that is bright and colorful.

  So I have two questions for you guys and girls:

  1) how the colors of the colorbox get determined using the unsigned int 32?

  Such an example of why I'm confused, is that the number I had is 5726420 from the random number generator (+ multiplies), but under the control of colorbox RGB value is R:87 G:96 B:212. Why is this?

  2) there is any type of algorithm out there that someone did which can produce random values that will give the kind of colors neony? or whatever it is semi bright indeed?

  Use 'RGB color' of three random U8 (o.. 255) values to generate a color. (double click on it to open the VI to understand the structure of the type of color data )

  Adobe...  This is a major problem since version LR 1...  It's high time you fixed!  I wasted tens of sheets of paper because of this problem!

  In the print module, under Print Job, print setting, brightness level of contrast and of + 30 to + 15 (these settings work with my printer). Do a test print. If necessary, change the settings. Repeat the test. Once you have arrived at the right settings for your printer, you don't need to worry about setting the parameters for each image.

  Photo booth is too dark.

  Add a lot more light and try again.  If your images are still too dark in a very bright room, there is something wrong with your Mac.  Here are the things that users can do to solve a problem of camera:

  (1) If your Mac restart does not solve the problem,

  (2) use http://support.apple.com/kb/HT2090 from Apple.

  (BTW - troubleshooting section called an "iSight" camera.  However, after that article was published, Apple has changed the name of the built-in camera on the recent "iSight" Macs "FaceTime", then "FaceTime HD."  Whatever the name of your built-in camera, the same info and troubleshooting applies.)

  Be sure to test several Apple app (photo booth, FaceTime, iMovie, QuickTime Player, etc.) in more than one user account.  Do NOT use the 'Guest' for this test account.  If you don't have more than one user account for testing, create one now.  If you need help, how is explained in http://support.apple.com/en-us/HT201754.

  A 'Standard' user account is all you need for the tests.

  (3) If your camera will work correctly even with Apple applications, use OS X Recovery to completely reinstall your Mac OS since system recovery stored on your startup disk.  Don't bother test Skype or other 3rd party apps until you have your camera works with applications Apple.

  (4) If none of the suggestions above resolve your issue, contact Apple or one of the Apple-Authorized Service Provider to have your Mac professionally repaired. Don't forget to back up your Mac and Deauthorize iTunes before the call for tenders for the service.

  You can not.  Customize the format/style/color/type of fonts is not possible in Safari.  You're stuck with what Safari renders for that particular Web site.

  HP Officejet 6500 a Plus All in One.  Windows 7, 64 bit.  Print all pictures too dark.  I have checked the cartridges, cleaned print head, set preferences - set everything I can think of.  Provides excellent print quality but all of a sudden this change.  Can not think of any change I made to the computer itself.  Any thoughts?  And thank you very much.  Small drives me crazy!

  Thanks for help. I did NOTthink of printing as a PROJECT; may have worked. But only one solution temporary vs a fix, right? I finally gave up and changed the black ink cartridge, even though it was almost new. With the new cartridge, returned to perfect photo printing. Now I think I bought a faulty cartridge. Once again, thaks for taking the time!

  If your screen is generally dark even outside the game, so your shine is low on your monitor, use your buttons on your screen to change the brightess. If this does not work so if you have an ATI or Nvidia card, run the ATI or Nvidia utility search parameters of color looking for brightness/contrast settings and change them to your liking, also in some games you can just raise the brightness via the game settings.   So I was messing around with the video manual settings on the Canon T5i. However the dark colors always look polyhedral.

  I tried 1080 p 30 fps shutter 1/60 f / 4 iso 200 all the way up to 800 always the same question.  I even went up to 1/125 shutter iso 800 still the same issue.

  Given that I use the kit lens EFS 18-55 mm.  I just ordered the Sigma lens 50mm 1.4 should therefore have this week by post.  But for now, I would like to at least fix the problem, I'm going to.

  Any idea or pointers are welcome.

  You may not need better lighting.  Perhaps all you need is a lens with a larger aperture.  Which type of installation of the device and the goal are you use, or used, to be drawn from this sample?
