• AC adapter / CC Qosmio G20 damge - required IC chip number of room

  My Toshiba Qosmio g20 AC adapter has been damaged due to an electrical short.
  Chip is IC 8 pins inside of it was completely burn so that I couldn't even read the part not that chip.

  If anyone knows not its part, please let me know.

  You need to buy a new adapter! These adapters are not expensive.

  To be honest, I doubt that you can order a new single chip (However what this chip can be) for the AC adapter.
  As far as I know if something would be wrong with an AC adapter, then, the entire part needs to be replaced

  Working on a Hp Pavillion Dv6000-laptop for a friend who said that it is slow. One thing I noticed in the front right was that he had 512 MB of ram and he was running a Vista obsolete.   This is just a single module of 512. Keep in mind if the laptop has 512 MB of RAM total it would be 2 x 256 with a 512 MB module, you could only change it to 768. I strongly advise to install the full 2 GB. Whatever it is, including and since Windows Vista needs at least 2 GB to run at all acceptable.

  It seems to be. I figured it at approximately 16000 characters more or less (or even lower). (Estimated from the original character TextEdit limit as it seems to be this type of core service text text handling in movement and FCPX.)  I drew this conclusion during the development of a method to create a movement subtitles. It finally turned out that I had to cut the scripts into pieces 'chapter of size' to keep the character countdown. I never got to finish this tutorial and it has been quite some time now (and I can't not find my notes on the subject). It could be that the number of characters estimated is actually lower.

  At the moment I can achieve either

  1. make a call to listRooms, then a getroominfo for the final room, but if the number of rooms become great this can slow the app.

  2. I could also store the statistics of the room on my server.

  What do you think?

  I'm trying to choose a number between a high and low digital beaches. The only problem is that the low and high ranges of numbers are in two different columns.

• Why Apple does not allow an iPhone to do scan WiFi?

  About 4 years ago, Apple pulled all applications that have enabled an iPhone search for WiFi networks. Why? (There was something for developers who use "Private APIs").

  There are a number of tools available for analysis for Macs. I helped a café owner to untangle its WiFi (it had both an old, disconnected and a new active WiFi router, and had the same channels as the business side) and used my scanner for Mac to try to optimize my home network. But I still have a low coverage in some corners of the House. An iPhone would be a perfect device to determine interference and blind spots, because it is much more portable than my laptop. But Apple does not allow this use.

  Why Apple does not allow this very convenient using an iPhone? I just read about a hack that allows it to display the power of a cellular signal in detail. But you can't do it for WiFi. It makes no sense to me. Apple could do this job if she wanted to.
