  Hello guys! I did experiments with Chargeback manager for awhile, but I have a question. So far, I have seen that with Chargeback manager, it is very easy to calculate the cost of features in a virtual infrastructure (for example, ESXi, VM etc) based on several cost models.
  But what happens when we talk about shared resources? For example if a (BU) Business Unit uses an ESXi server, it is very easy to load than BU. You have created a cost report that ESXi and you present to the BU.

  But when, on the other hand, you have DRANK using the same things that ESXi (for example a mail server) can become more complicated. You can still find the cost of this ESXI, but how will you allocate this cost on the BU who use this server? For example, divide the cost by the number of BU?   Yes, but the function is only limited to virtual machines directly added to a folder of chargeback hierarchy. Chargeback has an option to share a VM on records (i.e. from Business units). Please refer to the user guide for "sharing cost of Virtual Machine.

  For now, you need to calculate the percentage of shares according to the criteria (number of email users) for a virtual computer and use this Chargeback percentage manually.

  If you export the keyword list to a file and modify the hierarchy as follows:

  Geography
  Europe

  everything would be fine if you did not have all the photos associated with these keywords initially, but if all keywords in the simple list of keywords were already associated with the photos, then after importing the list of keywords, the keywords in Lightroom would appear as follows:

  Italy
  Campagnia
  Vesuvius
  Naples
  Pompeii

  Europe

  Italy

  Campagnia

  Vesuvius

  Naples

  Pompeii

  This is because Lightroom stores the path full of a hierarchy of keywords when this keyword is associated with a picture.

  Based on the above hierarchy, the keyword "Pompeii" can be associated with a picture in the following way:

  Pompei > Campagnia > Italy > Europe > geography

  or

  Pompeii

  So if you already have photos that have the keyword "Pompeii" linked from the list of words, this keyword is different from the key word "Pompeii > Campagnia > Italy > Europe > geography" and there is not all the photos associated with the latter.

  That said, if a hierarchy should be changed, it is best to do in Lightroom itself, by drag-and - drop and not not not doing an import/export the list of keywords.

  Note also that during the consideration of the hierarchies of keywords, it is preferable to assign only the keyword which is located at the bottom of the hierarchy to your photos, such as those above will be automatically inherited.

  In regards to the brackets around key words when you export a list of keywords, they mean the following:

  [Brackets] around a keyword means that the "include on export" is unchecked in the options of the keyword in the keyword tags. This keyword will not appear in the export of photos that have that keyword associated with them. The other special character used is between braces {} that define synonyms for a keyword. A hierarchy is simply defined by adding a tab for each level of the hierarchy.

  Here is an example:

  [geography] - this keyword will not be included in a exported pictures (its purpose is just to organize the hierarchy)

  Europe

  Italy

  Campagnia

  Vesuvius

  Naples

  Pompeii

  Sport - although this key word is also for the Organization of the hierarchy.

  It is more valuable and I decided that it should export with pictures

  half marathon
  Football
  {Soccer} - this is a synonym for the word football

  If the square brackets [] have nothing to do with the hierarchy; It simply indicates the weather you want this keyword as exportable or not.

  Finally, a good use of the keyword import/export list is to add or remove these brackets, add synonyms for keywords existing, or add new keywords to the hierarchy, but NOT to change an existing hierarchy or create one based on the existing keywords.
