What particular "Fixit" did you use?

What error codes are your reception?

Have you tried installing the updates with the Office CD in the drive?

  • Why CC Illustrator (2014) update fails repeatedly after you download 100%?

I was a member of the CC for some time of 18 months and normally I have no problem with updates.

However, this particular Illustrator CC update fails repeatedly.

I have tried this update and download more than 8 times.

It shows download 100% full and then "update failed" appears.

Anyone know what I can do wrong?

I just migrated to a newish iMac, this might be a reason?

Did uninstall you old versions and used the cleaning tool before updating to the new version?

This procedure is recommended after updating to Mac OS.
