  1. run a full scan to make sure that the machine is clean.

  2. the word 'suddenly' suggests this is a recent problem.
  Please do a system restore. Choose a date on which the Office was normal as your restore point.

  Press CTRL + Alt + keys Delelete > click Task Manager > at the top, click Procesess tab, right-click on explorer.exe > click on end process > click Applications tab > click New task... > in the Open box, type explorer.exe > Ok

  I figured this out. I opened the default programs - Illustrator was missing a file type to associate with the program (why it showed the white icon with green bar). I assigned to the Illustrator file with the program Illustrator type. Turn it back on. Solved the problem... Yes!

  You can specify the settings in the Preferences dialog box. Preferences > Interface > appearance > color theme.

• Virus recovery Windows

  May be that your user profile and/or your user account is corrupted.

  Open a new account and see if that makes a difference. You can depending on your configuration, you will need to take ownership of your personal files.

  My problem is that I can not increase the brightness in the games.
  I use the nwidia Control Panel to increase the brightness, my office is almost white, but nothing happens in the games...
  Everything was OK under XP (so I change the brightness of the Panel, it also changes in the games)

  I also had a problem with the Windows Photo Viewer, all the photos as under yelow filter... and some gatget are yelow too... and menu of Rockstar Games Social Club is ander yelow filter too...

• Deactivated (?) desktop computer - how to re - activate

  Windows xp (background) desktop has turned white with a message on the action being a measure of protection.  I tried "clicking" on a box for "reactivation" of the desktop.  The popup box that offers a choice of 'Yes' or 'No' about a script error.  By clicking on one or the other seems to have no effect because the office is always white (inactive?).

  You have a white background.

  To work with the issue, I suggest you follow these steps:

  a. right click on the desktop, and then click Properties.

  b. Select the Desktop tab

  button select Customize Desktop c.

  d. Select the Web tab

  e. remove (delete) all the other current office links except for the "My homepage" link, so all the other links are listed (checkbox, then the button Delete).

• KB2286198 patch installation damaged desktop shortcut icons.

  Once installed manually fix KB2286198 (from MS FixIt) and that Windows did an automatic update, the next day, all the shortcut icons Office programs are white outside. Except for the workstation, MyNetwork, Internet Explorer and Recycle Bin, all the tous les autres other program icons are blank as much and any effort to restore their a fail. • Hello, I removed a layer, but I see it again.

  Please update desktop from CC: https://creative.adobe.com/products/creative-cloud, right-click and run as admin and try to connect.

  If still the same error then kindly uninstall CC Office Control Panel, run the cleanup tool: http://helpx.adobe.com/creative-suite/kb/cs5-cleaner-tool-installation-problems.html and try to connect.

  Also try running the CC Office in hidden admin account and check the whetehr the problem persists.
