OfficeJet 5470 e-all-in-one: Subscriber instant - problem with #62 color cartridge - Cyan Ink only

I just installed a new color cartridge and our copies look right.

I aligned the printer and then cleaned them (the two cleanings) and Print quality Diagnostic report shows nothing in the column "Cyan".

Is it possible that the cartridge is defective?

I understand that you are having some print quality problems with your HP Officejet 5740. I'll be happy to help you.

It is possible that the cartridge you received is defective, however, there are some troubleshooting, you need to try before you can replace as defective cartridge.

I recommend contacting instant ink 1-855-785-2777 for support in real time with an agent. If they determine that the cartridge is defective, they can help you with the replacement.

    Welcome to the HP Forums!

    I noticed that you wonder if you can print without a color with your HP Deskjet F380 cartridge. I am pleased to see that for you!

    Basically, if you remove the color cartridge, and it only gives you an option to continue, without it the printer must then both cartridges to work.

    You will want to start devices and printers (via your control panel) with access to your folder and right-click on your Officejet 6700 icon and select Printing Preferences. The window that opens will be similar to the display on the left of the screenshot below.

    On this screen you click the Advanced button, and then you will see a screen similar to the one on the right of the screenshot. There, you go the black ink only setting and press OK. Press and then apply on the previous screen before pressing OK again. The driver will now be on use black ink only.

    OfficeJet Pro 8600 +.  Once we replaced the ink cartridges, our printer gives an error "there is a problem with the printer or the ink system.  Turn the printer off, then on.  If the problem persists, contact HP.  We've gone through the start/stop several times.  We also pulled back and ink cartridges in, in addition to taking the print head at.  I ran a diagnostic test download and it comes back with "unknown error (06).  Help, please!

    Thanks for your reply.  We exchanged all Costco ink cartridges and the printer seems to work very well at this point.  Yes, we did all of the print head and cartridge cleanings.  Nothing seemed to help.

  • HP OfficeJet Pro 8610 all-in-o: HP OfficeJet Pro 8610 All in One has serious problems wireless and print queue

    I had nothing else problems since buying this printer 2 months ago.  We have a router from Apple and Apple OSX El Capitan computers running.

    Wireless problem: the printer continuously indicates he is not connected to wifi, and the wifi worked very well. I followed the guide to troubleshooting well too many times now.  I have to turn off the printer and unplug the power cable so he can reconnect, and then it stays connected for 1 to 2 minutes.

    Print line probem: when I get the connected printer jobs hanging up in the queue and almost never print.  If they print, it may take 10 minutes before the first page prints.  Yet once, I followed all the troubleshooting steps.

    I also reset the printer to the factory settings and uninstalled the SW on our computers, then reinstalled.  The same problems remain.

    I never had such problems with any device.  I hope someone has a magic answer.  Yet once, I tried the troubleshooting of all HP articles. they have not helped.

    Since the 8610 is near your router, you can connect a cable between the two ethernet?

    My ENVY5530 at the age of one month all the in a has problems.  Firstly, it has not feed paper, then a HP Tec, I help and then it worked fine for a few weeks.   Later, same problem returned, paper does not feed, and now, I still have a new problem.  The document is printed, but the top is folded and torn.   However, from time to time, once a page prints perfectly and I am hopeful, but then the mistakes to come immediately.  I reinstalled, but the book looks always up before it feeds through. It is as if it is to be caught by something while it passes through.  Now of course the store (Best Buy) not exchange it because I went over the allocated period of 15 days.  Of course, I thought it was working fine up until 15 days have expired.  The most irritating thing is well, I can't count on it, what problem there at that time?  Maybe tomorrow it will work perfectly again.  Y at - it something I am doing wrong?  Has anyone else encountered this problem with the top of the paper coming out mutilated?  If I can't understand this point I'll have to return under warranty, HP will repair or send me a replacement.  But I would rather by this argument.  Thank you

    Anyone else had problems with Windows 7 compatible drivers for Canon ImageCLASS MF4150 all-in-one printer?  I downloaded the drivers from the Canon Website, but my computer does not recognize the driver.

    correctly. Replacement cartridge, worked well for two weeks, then the message came again many

    times. Removed the color ran only black. Clean the cartridge color (3/4 full) and clean the area inside

    where cartridge inserts, Reinserted. Worked OK for a week, then the message reappeared. While

    week, did not have access cartridges, just be added paper. Using genuine HP cartridges only!

    Looks like the error got stuck in the printer memory.  A hard reset should clear.

    To do a hard reset:

    1. Make sure that the printer is turned on.
    2. Pull out the power cord from the printer.
    3. Pull out the power cord from the wall.
    4. Wait 30 seconds.
    5. Plug everything up and turn on the printer.

    That should clear the error.  Let me know what happens.

  • All-in-One Photosmart C5150 problem with printing of emails

    This problem just started.  When I print an email, there is a large gap between the message header and the message itself, so that a message of one page turns into 2 (or more) pages.  I have an iMac OS X.  When printing in other subjects - iPages documents, web pages, etc., this problem does not occur.

    If you have Safari 5 there is a nifty little extension that you can download that takes care of your problem.  In your Safari Menu, under "On Safari" on the 2nd line is 'Safari Extensions Gallery'.  Click this button and then click on the link "productivity".  Scroll down and look for 'Print Plus' on the right side.  Click here to install the extension of your Safari.

    You will need to enter your Safari-->--> Extensions Preferences and activate the extensions on that check "Activate print more."  Once active, you will have a small icon of a printer in the top left, next to your buttons back and forth (to the left of the URL box).  When you want to print only part of a page, do not press on your normal print button.  Tap on this icon and you will then be able to select the part or parts of the pages you want to print, omitting everything else.

    Furthermore, this extension is downloadable for free, apparently on Apple.  Try this and I think you'll find that very well, he takes care of your problem.  I just installed it on my Safari!  Good luck.

  • HP all-in-one-22-3002nf: problems with the Realtek drivers

    For the last three days my computer beeps at startup, beeps short and long beeps. It starts then, but I don't know that it should not be of these noises.

    The wizard has recommended several updates, that everything I installed.

    However, two Realtek drivers I have installed several times keep insisting that they should be downloaded and installed.

    The drivers are:

    64-bit Realtek PCIE Card reader driver (5229)

    and

    Realtek RTL8723 and RTL 81188EE 802.11 b/g/n Wireless Lan Drivers

    Please can someone advise what may be the problem, why these two drivers keep asking to be installed during the installation has already been confirmed, and why the computer will beep.

  • Printer (Photosmart C5580 all in one will not accept the #75 color cartridge)

    Screen on the printer says "cartridge in the slot on the left is not intended for use in this printer.  Remove and replace.
    It's the exact same cartridge as empty.  There is a flashing yellow light next to the sign +.  I tried
    unplug and plug in again.  I put the old cartridge in.  I turned printer off and back on.
    Nothing seems to help.

    Any suggestions will be appreciated

    cartridge but same result.

    Cartridges HP or third party?  The latter usually have bad results for reliability, see the study here for the results of the tests.

    I have a HP Officejet 5740-e all-in-one that has all sorts of problems: periodically decides not to print documents from one of my laptops HP or Lenovo.  Do not accept ink cartridges HP Instant ink or HP ink cartridges purchased in a store.  Unable to get decent support for this HP product.  Is essentially a disposable item now?

    As far as I know that there is no user replaceable parts in these lower end home use printers. So if nine ink cartridges do not work, and seeing that the cost of the printer is less than $ 100, Yes... it's basically a Jet printer away. Wish I had better news for you.
