  To install the Windows Firewall, follow these steps:

  3. Restart Windows,

I tried to insert the cd in the back of my pc key, but to understand that no longer works, so I tried with the new cd key of my drive to restore but that no longer works.

  Call Microsoft and tell them about this. The operating system is a version OEM and MS should help you...

  You need a disk FULL/license to do a clean install, not an upgrade license.

  Take it back to Wal-Mart and see if you can exchange it.

  Make sure the jpg has embedded sRGB profile.

  In what application you view jpg files?

  The symptoms you describe are typical of images with Adobe RGB or ProPhoto read in an application that does not support color management.
