  You can set the assignment of Board as follows:

  1. Open Control Panel > devices and printers.
  2. Right click on the HP Officejet Pro 8600 icon and select printer properties.
  3. Open the device settings tab.
  4. Form of assignment tray, set the size of paper tray 1 and 2.

  Now by selecting the specific size will automatically mark the assigned plate.

  The Duplex accessory does not support legal size and can't do it, you can find this information in accordance with the specifications of paper output > supported paper sizes in product specifications:

  I just got an officejet 8100 with a second tray and the driver recognizes that there is a tray 2. I have regular bar State, but when I print to tray 2 paper, I get a message "on paper."   It seems that the tray is not for the Officejet all after 8100, which is probably the cause of the problems. I checked the HP parts Surfer website to find the information that you will need for the second ferry that will be compatible with your printer. You can order the part on the website or contact HP directly. I'll leave the details of HP below for you.   (1) once the page opens, please select the country in which you are located. Then enter your model of HP on the right number.

  Be sure to enable the second Board on the driver, then it will become available for selection:

  1. Open the contorl Panel and select the devices and printers.
  2. Just lick the 8610 printer and select printer properties.
  3. Open the devices tab.
  4. Set tray 2 installed and confirm the changes.
     Note: you can also set a form to transfer of tray for paper specific to different bins sizes, wil automaticalaly select the tray that is suitable for the specific paper size.

  I'll try to find the good second tray paper for this printer.

  Some documents quote Ref CN548A HP and others quote A8Z70A. The two look alike, and both refers to the range of 8600.

  I bought the CN548A and 'almost' fits, it doesn't seem to work

  • Good reference for the paper tray number is: A8Z70A

  The CN548A paper tray is only for the printer HP Officejet Pro 8600. The Officejet 8600 series came out before the HP Officejet 8620 and the 8630 printers series. Therefore, the tray is not universal.

  Unfortunately, I see no way to delete these old connections in the printer menu.

  However, it seems that power the printer off and on again removes network printers in the scan list if they are not connected to the network.

  Looks like you could work in an office environment where the printer is still on, a reset of the base could do.

  If this does not work, you can also try a "hard reset" in which the printer is turned off and unplugged for 60 seconds.

  Finally, an update of the firmware is out for the Pro JO 8630 11/05/2016. If your printer does not have the auto-update feature enabled, you can try to update the firmware. You will find here the firmware update instructions.

• OfficeJet 8630 "an error has occurred in printing"

  New OfficeJet 8630 on a wired network.  I installed the software on Windows 7 x 64, everything seemed to go OK.  But when you try to print, I get the message "an error has occurred while printing" and nothing comes out.

  HP Print and Scan Doctor shows no errors and the test page prints correctly.

  When I go into the properties of the printer and look at the port, the description is "rediscovery HP port monitor.  Try to configure this port produces the message "an error occurred during port configuration.  Impossible operation completed (error 0x0000007b).

  I can connect with the browser to the IP address of the printer and everything works fine.  Just print and the configuration of the port do not work.  I have yet to try the other functions.

  I tried to restart after these tests, without change.

  I also deleted all software (via Add/Remove Programs), rebooted and reinstalled the software, without success.

  Another nitpick - when I installed the software the first time, he showed the devices page and printers "HP Officejet Pro 8630 (network).  The second time I install it, the printer is listed as "Fax - HP Officejet Pro 8630 (network).  Both had the same options in the menu options - but why the name change?

  In a commercial environment, the consumer level home and Home Office HP Officejet Pro 8630 e-all-in-one printer may be not the best choice for high quality OCR scans. The 8630 Officejet Pro is provided with a trial version of the software ReadIris pro OCR scanning. But as I said, this is only a trial. If you need high quality with all the features OCR scans you might focus on the full version of the OCR Readiris software: Readiris 14: OCR software

  This is a basic form of the app to the app, content providers. It has very little to do with your cable provider.

  IE things like CBS App offer broadcasts, but HBO NOW, I do not think this offer.

  While some applications may require that you connect with your account of cable television, this does not mean options Live are available.

  Live, you have your cable subscription and their box. Apple Tv is usually for on-demand playback, and do not have all of them live Tv stream options of programming.

Recently I moved Ubuntu on a spare HARD drive to protect the integrity of the BONE, so now I have two hard drives - one that start in Windows 7 and another that starts in Ubuntu. The problem is that if I connect hard drive via the USB port to start Ubuntu, it's slow death and I had cases where the hard disk has developed bad sectors because the USB cable came loose and disconnected the disk. The only other option I currently use is to manually exchange internal hard disks every time I need to change operating systems. I was wondering if I can buy a platter of spare with her rubber mounts hard drive so that all I have to do is unscrew the cover of the drive Bay (one screw) and swap discs rather than to have to unscrew all and and screw on the other HARD drive repeatedly.
