OfficeJet J6410 and Windows 8

I recently did a cleam install windows 8 32-bit.

I also downloaded the drivers and full software for my all in one.

Printing was not a problem, but when I tried to scan, I got this error message: "Een benodigd component kan niet worden niet goed geinstalleerd is found." "Installeer bij het expensive geleverde HP Photosmart software opnieuw in try nogmaals you scannen.

English translation: "a required component is not found or is not properly installed. "Install the HP Photosmart software and try to rescan.

Details: 8, [(5, 0, 0)]

I used scrubber to clean the PC, PC rebooted, used Ccleaner to clean up everything and cleaned PC manually from all records, "HP", Purifier used again and then restarted the PC. Software is installed again, no error during installation, but it doesn't scan, same error once again.

PS. using scandoctor gives the same error.

New system, pure install win8 then all initially installed the HP software, no problem everything works including the digitization.

I reinstall the old hope of system that works for.

    Hi sdtechguy,

There is no full feature software and drivers available for the beta to win 8 consumer Preview. The only option you have is to use the NUMBERS drivers provided by Microsoft. If you use the wireless printer, you will not be able to scan using these drivers of AMENDMENTS. If you install the printer through the USB port, you may be able to analyze the use of the pilot of AMENDMENTS. I hope that answered your questions on the subject with a sweep in WIn 8 consumer beta Preview.

  • Printing with HP Officejet 6100 and Windows 8.1

I had no problem with the printer before installing Windows 8.1.  We installed the latest printer drivers from the HP website.  The printer wants to print to the back to the front, even though we clearly specified it to print from front to back.  It is typical for every program I use, but more troublesome for Sage 100 contractor, where I print paychecks and A / P checks.  We tried to uninstall drivers and reinstall them.  I even tried to "back to front" because it seemed he wanted to do the opposite.  He printed back to front.  Dial-up, rebooted and it continues to print at the back to the front.  I contacted HP Support and they don't have a clue as to why this is happening.  Help, please!

  • OfficeJet K8600 and Windows 7 Professional 64 bit

My Officejet k8600 printer refuses to print full size 11 x 17 drawings.  Instead of printing a full-size drawing 11 x 17, I get a 8.5 x 11 print.  This only happens with Windows 7 Professional 64 bit.  This printer worked fine with Windows XP.  I really need the ability to print 11 x 17 drawings.  Help, please!

Never mind.  I fixed it myself.

I uninstalled hundreds of megabytes of useless HP driver software.

I restarted my computer with the printer usb cable unplugged.

When I reconnected the printer cable, Windows 7 loaded drivers from the Windows Update server.

    I can now print documents of size 11 x 17 prints as well as 8.5 x 11.

  • HP Officejet J4540 All In One: Why can't check my ink levels on my officejet J4540 with windows 8.1 installed on my computer

I want to check on my printer ink levels, but there is no way I can see to do since I installed

Windows 8.1 on my computer. There must be another way to check it out, but I can't figure out how.

    Hi @sneakers1491,

    Welcome to the HP Forums!

I see you're wondering how to check the ink with your HP Officejet J4540 levels. I'm happy to help you!

First of all, I recommend going through this guide, check the ink levels for HP Officejet J4500 and J4600 all-in-One Printer Series.

If this does not work for you, on the printer itself, press the key icon in the upper right corner, it will take you to settings, then continue to press the right arrow until you see print report, then press OK. You will see the self-test on the screen, press OK again. Will display the test page, and then you will see the level of ink on the printed page.

    I hope this information helps!

  • HP OfficeJet Pro 8625: Update was downloaded now, when I hit print I get 'Send Fax, HP OfficeJet Pro 8620' window

My HP OfficeJet Pro 8625 newly purchased printer was printing fine until I downloaded an update online. Now when I try to print I get the "Send Fax - HP OfficeJet Pro 8620" window. I have not selected the correct option on the update. I do not use nor I set up the fax on my computer or a printer. How can I fix this problem?

    Hello

In Control Panel, select devices and printers.

Right-click on the printer 8620, and then select set as default printer.

Select the printer listed without 'Fax' in its name and confirm.

The application used to print as if sure you select the print queue that does not include 'Fax' in its name.
