So my wired computer now impossible to print - it goes through the router. But the laptop is still the impression - so it's printing directly to the printer, and not through the router?
I had a Canon 2 printerd that (I thought) sucked into the sky high with the radio, but maybe it's the router.
However, several telephones are connected wirelessly, several other devices work correctly. It is a fairly new router from Verizon.

I stumbled upon your post on the issue of the printer offline and wanted to answer to help with my suggestions. Please see the guide below to resolve this issue. The printer must be brought back online later.
Before you try the link, make sure that you tried to restart the computer and run the print and Scan of the doctor.

After all, I ended up doing a clean reinstall of my MS Windows 7, and reinstalling the Hp JO 8625 Pro software and that's all working now. HP Officejet Pro 8600 more indicates 'missing or does not print head ". I did 4 HP instructions and now I'm #4: contact HP. I cleaned the heads, replaced the 4 cartridges, removed and replaced the unit restarted, everything. Now what?
There is a document with measures to help address the missing or condition is not the print head. This document can be found here.
From your post, I understand that you did some the most of these steps, but run Solution 4: replace the print head.
If you are still in warranty, HP can replace the printer/printhead without cost to you. I'll link the information to get in touch with them below. The link takes you to a form to fill out. Once you fill it and she is treated, it will give you the printers warranty information, a file number and the phone number to call.

OfficeJet Pro8610: OfficeJet Pro8610 will not print from any website
I use Win7 (64 bit) with SP1 and I had to replace an OfficeJet 6700 with a new all-in-one. I did it with an OfficeJet Pro8610 yesterday. After a struggle to get the printer works wirelessly (it was necessary to connect to my laptop (HP) via a USB 1 port) I went to an online brokerage account last night and printed a statement. When I tried to do exactly the same thing today I can't print of this site I've always been able to do with my old 6700 OfficeJet-it'ds. In fact I can not print from any Bank, brokerage, etc sites now. I've uninstalled and reinstalled the drivers, both online and with the CD rom, I turned off the printer, the laptop and the router and I have the same problem.
Has anyone seen this kind of problem and managed to fix the problem. Thanks for the help.

AlkymstGoogle Chrome has a tendency to stick to old files, printing and print settings. To resolve this problem, you will need to change the Destination before printing of Chrome. If your print queue is configured correctly and that you can print from other programs, then open print your window chrome. On the left hand side, click on change.
Once you do you will be able to modify the print queue that uses Chrome and you should be able to print your PDF documents.
Regarding the suggestion of networking if you see guidelines referring to the activation of the web services or by entering your request on the connected HP Code then you can skip these directions. These instructions are primarily for the ePrint service.

My suspicion was correct, there is a hardware problem with system of distribution of ink or cartridge.

MFP HP LaserJet Pro 400 M425dn will not print the text to format 72 points or more
My workplace has recently bought a M425dn of MFP HP LaserJet Pro 400 all-in-one printer. It works perfectly except for the fact that it will not print text that is 72 points or larger in size. I tried many fonts that are installed with Windows, and all them print correctly to the point size 71.5 or smaller; Another thing simply does not appear in prints. Content which is of size to 72 points or more * fact * affect the flow of the content printed on the page, however. It's like the 72 points or larger text takes up space, but it is completely invisible on the printed page.
I tested using Microsoft Word 2002 on three separate computers, of which two have installed Windows 7 and Windows Vista installed. The problem is the same on all three computers. The printer is connected via an ethernet cable to our wired network. I have installed the printer software included, and I don't think that there are updates for it that have not been installed up to this point.
Any thoughts on how to solve this problem?

My HP Officejet 6500 E709n all-in-one will not print black. All other colors work very well. Have you tried what follows - new black cartridge installed, ran the print heads clean utility, made sure the wind was compatible black ink cartridge, turned printer off and restarted. Print tests still not print black - other colors and images to print, but not text black or shades of black in images. Any suggestions on how to fix or what needs to be repaired? Thank you.
Hi jim: I just had the same problem a few minutes ago. After having gone through all the troubleshooting steps, I realized it was all just a bad cartridge. The PIN on the printer heads were not reading the new cartridge, so nothing in black print could be printed. I installed a new black cartridge and I could resume my printing projects. I then contacted the HP store directly to report the faulty cartridge while they could send me a new, that I won't be out of pocket for a cartridge I bought directly from them.

My HP Officejet J4680 all-in-one ink jet printer will not print in Word 2010 documents. It will print .pdf and Excel 2010 documents. I ran printing HP and doctor Scan and check it and put to date and said all is fine. Just around checking on my computer it said in the devices that the printer is ok. I printed the test from the doctor of Hp Plug and it came out ok. Seems so that Word documents are the only problem. I installed Windows 10 earlier so not totally sure that's the problem I don't remember if I used the word since installation up to now.
I bought this printer in 2010 and have had no problems with it and I can tell you that I have printed a large NUMBER of pages.
Any ideas how to get this printer working?

My HP officejet 6500 will not print in colour without black. I tried to run diagnostics, turning on/off, changing the cartridge, mop up the cart - ink, withdrawal and the cartridges, printing a test page. All to nothing does not.

The first time that he clean the printhead, I only got six rectangles colored at the bottom of the test page printed. My screen then asked if I wanted to get another clean process and I said YES. Printer offline may indicate that the printer driver is not configured correctly. Please, try the following to resolve the problem:
1. click on start.
2. click on Control Panel.
3. click on hardware and sound.
4. click on devices and printers.
5 right-click the MX430 printer, and then click printer properties.
6. click on the Ports tab.
7. make sure that the check mark is on the port that begins with CNBJNP, then click OK and try printing.
If the port CNBJNP was already selected if please try right click on the MX430 printer and click on see what printing. When the queue opens, click on the printer and uncheck on use printer offline by clicking on it, then try to print again.

- Is the printer connected directly to the PC or it is on a network?
- What is a printer wired or wireless?
- What is the brand and model of the printer?
Try the following and see if it helps.
Method 1: Disable Antivirus
If you have installed any third party such as antivirus or firewall security software, I would say you temporarily disable and check if it works.
Disable the anti-virus software
Important note: Antivirus software can help protect your computer against viruses and other security threats. In most cases, you should not disable your antivirus software. If you need to disable temporarily to install other software, you must reactivate as soon as you are finished. If you are connected to the Internet or a network, while your antivirus software is disabled, your computer is vulnerable to attack.
Method 2: Update the drivers for your printer.

You must be logged on as administrator to perform these steps.
a. open administrative tools by clicking the Start button, then Control Panel. In the search box, type administrative tools, and then click Administrative Tools.
b. double-click on Services. If you are prompted for an administrator password or a confirmation, type the password or provide confirmation.
c. right-click the print spooler service and then click Properties.
d. on the general tab, next to startup type, make sure that automatic is selected.
e. If the service is not already running, under Service status, click Start and then click OK. If you are prompted for an administrator password or a confirmation,
type the password or provide confirmation.If nothing works, then manually add the printer to the local port and check.
Method 4: Manually add the printer to the local port.
b. click Add a printer, and then select Add a local printer. Click on create a new port. The default value in the drop-down list is Local Port. Don't change that.
c. click Next.
A dialog box appears for you request that you enter a port name. Type the name of \\computer name\printer.
d. type your user name and the name of the printer (name \\PC\printer)
