OfficeJet PRO 8725: OfficeJet 8725 order duplex

I bought for a Pro OfficeJet 8725 last week.  I have a Mac with os x 10.11.  After that I got the impression, it print double-sided hotel.  3 days ago, it stopped and print on separate pages.  I have checked the driver, reinstalled the driver to check non-airprint, checked the settings, etc. and it continues to print single-sided.

When I print, print both sides is selected.

Ideas?

It fixes from HP got assistance.  duplex, you must use the system, not inprogram printing copy.

In Chrome, it must print using the system dialog box

for the pdf, you will need to click printer at the bottom of the print dialog box

  • LJ Pro M1536dnf MFP: is more duplex

    My LaserJet Pro M1536dnf MFP stopped automatic duplex printing. Once I choose duplex printing and rather fo print on both sides of the paper, the document was printed recto with each page on a sheet of paper. I tested and it will do is more duplex copy either.

    I didn't hear unusual noises or get the error codes.

    Any ideas?  Others have the same problem. Other that this question is a great printer, especially for the price.

    This printer is a replacement guarantee for one who stopped duplexing while in warranty period. The first unit duplex copies always worked.

    You can go only with firmware updates. You can rerun the update of the firmware, but probably it will show that it is already updated. I tried the same exact setting, that you used in the laboratory for the Laserjet M1536 and he did the double-faced properly document. It looks like a hardware problem with the device. I am surprised however that the test internal printed duplex test page.

    There is still one thing that we can try reset the printer back to factory settings. I can send you this information in a camera
    Message. In the forum next to your handle name simply click on the envelope to see.

  • HP OfficeJet Pro 8725: Printing envelopes on HP OfficeJet Pro 8725

    How to print envelopes to go with my cards on this new printer.  On my other printers HP is was no problem, but on this one, I get an error "incompatibility".  This is the standard format (half sheet) by cards.  Help, please!  Thank you.

    I had this problem before, but I can't easily find my previous bug report, perhaps this was done on another forum.

    I'm trying to Print Duplex HP OfficeJet Pro 8600 using hplip in Arch Linux.

    I don't see an easy way to attach my file cups but I think that the cups file is configured incorrectly in what he says hplip that my printer will not duplex print.

    Follow these steps to disable two-sided printing:

    Open the file that you want to print. On the file menu, select print. The print window is displayed.

    NOTE: The print window might be minimized. Click Show details to display all available parameters.

    Click on the settings drop-down list, it usually appears under the name of the program (e.g. TextEdit)
    Will appear as Copies & Pages within Microsoft Office applications.

    Select layout from the drop-down.

    Set the duplex as Off.

    You can save the settings as a preset by clicking preset > save current settings as preset.

    By default, the print job by completing these settings will remain until another preset is used in the future.

  • HP Officejet Pro 8500 A910: Paper HP Officejet Pro 8500 jams when printing duplex

    Get a jam when trying to duplex.  I did "turned off, pull the power cord, wait 15 seconds and reconnect"., the printer will print a recto verso and then jam again. Actually, this time he printed two duplex sheetys then stuck.

    It works well until this problem.  Can't seem to fix it.

    Paper size was not a problem.  However, after this printer started leaving the ink on printed documents more jam problem, I just dumped the printer and bought a new HP Office Jet Pro 8625. so this postoing can be liquidated.  If the new printer start blobbing or blocking, I'll look for another provider.  Until that point, I was satisfied with the HP printers.  Thanks for your reply.

    If you scan directly from the printer, when you are on the menu to choose how you want to save the file (in format) there should be a lower left button that toggles between the original side 1 and 2 original faces.

    1. click on Windows icon () on the taskbar > Control Panel > printers
