• Word 2010 on PC - using the Acrobat plugin in French - kerning is not correct in PDF format

  Here's my problem: I have a complex Word document (manuscript of 700 pages with internal hyperlinks by using bookmarks and Table of contents).

  I can't get the PDF to create correctly. I have the latest Acrobat and also the Word Acrobat plugin. I also have a Mac and a PC.

  I can't save the PDF on a Mac because it will not create a PDF file with dozens and dozens of hyperlinks internal - so I need to get the Word/PDF to work on a PC.

  I have great difficulty exporting the word because the document is mainly in Arial and the process will not embed Arial. Word/Acrobat will embed all fonts used in the document, but not Arial. It is a real problem because the Arial font is changing dramatically in the PDF file. Letters are even overlapping - exported as a PDF from Word, the document is almost unreadable. Of course, the police works great when you create a PDF on the Mac. I CAN incorporate the police once established in a PDF of Acrobat file, but it does not solve the problem of kerning. This isn't new the text layout.

  I'm frustrated and feel out of options.

  Any suggestions or alternatives? Is this a known bug in Word/PDF?

  Another autour work could switch to another font, but that would be extremely tedious because it moves the items from one page to another, and the document is 700 pages.

  The problem with the change of the police, it is that the document is set up like a book with page breaks in specific areas and chapters from the right side of pages etc.

  The problem has been resolved with the HP PS universal print (v5.1) printer driver.

When I installed by the above, I had not given the choice, so now I have Acrobat or Adobe tabs on all my Office applications, oh joy. But printing to PDF works as it should. As I was directed by rein through most of the above, I have no idea what has been really effective on the above. I tried to just uninstall Acrobat and resettlement on a system on which no other version of Acrobat had already been installed, but on which install the original XI of Acrobat didn't understand the PDF Maker and who had the symptoms of printing of this thread. This doesn't solve the problem, but do the relevant parts of the steps I have indicated above, did the trick. I have 20 users with XI Acrobat installed; Some have this symptom, some don't. I have not analyzed to see what is the common point, but this problem and its solution still seems very rickety for me.

  I saw this same error appear around the web, but none that relate to Adobe Acrobat Pro DC (2015) and MS Word 2010. Has anyone encountered this same flaw/message when you try to convert/export a pdf file to MS Word 2010?

  After clicking OK several times (through the above message), the export moves in any case, is there a way to maybe get rid of the messages coming, just to make the conversion to operate?

  As an accompaniment, this isn't a problem with the help of MS Word 2013 with Adobe Acrobat Pro DC (2015), but I would like to know if anyone has found a fix work for this export/conversion to Word 2010 (I may be among the masses here with this, but just in case where anyone knows of a fix for this).
