  Well. The Australia contacted Toshiba. and got some information.

  Are you sure that the USB device is the webcam? Have you checked the Device Manager?

  I am a user starting with an Equium L20 connected to a Logitech Web camera and an MSN e-mail account.
  When I live via MSN Messenger video conversation with my daughter (300 miles) there is a very high-pitched sound of feedback that gets worse, as we speak.

  It is not the webcam because it does not occur when the webcam is connected to a friends laptop and we tired 4 different ones with the same result. Is not the configuration wireless and broadband or something in our House as it does the same thing when it is connected to another (different) system 300 miles away.

  Our retailer said it is not for lack of material, but cannot solve the problem despite the download of new speakers and takes us through the balance between volume settings and the wave in volume control (only works when the volume is too low to be incomprehensible!). They are now blaming MSN software.

  They do not add external speakers via the connection of the headphones, but as this does not "turn off" the laptop speakers we always get feedback - as we do with headphones.

  Ideas accepted with gratitude that we are missing out on see our 7 month old granddaughter growing up!

  I guess that the webcam is supported by a clean microphone and therefore sound feedback occurs.
  Audio feedback can occur when the audio received by a participant through its speakers, then go into the microphone.
  All participants MUST have a helmet to separate audio cross over between the speakers and microphones. It is also VERY important to make sure that you have selected the microphone on your headphones and NOT the one with the built-in webcam.
  Webcam microphones have a wide range and pick up lots of ambient noise and are not ideal for 2-way conversations. To ensure that the correct microphone is selected right hand mouse click on the video window, select settings, select the microphone icon and make sure that your headset is selected. The slider bar will adjust the volume level.

  Ive had my moto Droid since January, and I love the thing.  Here's the thing, I have my facebook contacts synced to the phone which is really awesome and works very well.  Here's the thing, if I create a contact on my own on the droid and create in my gmail account, after a week or two it will not in my phone more!  Its as the phone just delete the contact by itself.  Can someone help me with this problem.

  I had many problems of contact (among many others). I got contacts mesh, deleted, lost and found later. I just activated my newest Droid last week and lost a bunch of my contacts. Just today, I connected to my gmail and found that my contacts were divided into two categories. We have 'My contacts' mathes the amount of contacts on my phone. And then there's the "all contacts" where all my contacts that have been synchronized on gmail are located. If you select "All contacts" and then select the option "move to my contacts" appears on the screen, everything will transfer more. They will only appear on your phone, however, if your phone is correctly synchronized to your gmail account in the settings of the phone.

  my laptop had vista business on it originally, it crashed a year ago and the store put windows 7 Home Edition premium on it, last week I had to have my hard drive changed due to problems with it and computer scientist put my vista business back on it, I thought I was brilliant as always I like vista , the problem is now I can not MSN up on it it keeps saying IE he blocked, IE 9 will not download, I play Facebook games and many of them won't load properly, tried to install service pack 2 for vista and it goes on to say that I have to install service pack 1 in the first place , its already there and updated pack 2 but still will not download.   Welcome to the Microsoft community forums. I'm sorry to know that you are facing problems with the new computer of Windows 8.

  Normally, when you start the Windows 8.1, you get the default tips help. Follow the instructions on the tip and it should disappear and never come back.  How to make it go away is to just open the feature he's trying to teach you.

  Thus, for example in your case, you can get rid of it by moving your mouse pointer to the upper-left corner of the screen, then move down until the recent applications and click on one.

  If the problem persists, try restarting the computer once and check if help.

  I desperately need help with what ages have tried to export relatively simple video. I have a. AVI video (with audio that plays well in the player windows media), I imported successfully into Adobe premiere 9, edited (just cut the first and last section of the 2 minute video) and added a black title with text slide. Simple. This edited video plays well in the elements (or at least he did until I started to play around trying to export it to how much the noise disappeared completelty! Cahnging the volume etc. makes no difference), but any format I try to export it seems to go out with is no noise at all, or a leaking soundtrack that does not follow the video. Help!

  Disk0 unit 1 is not the problem. This is the EFI partition, which is never mounted, because it is used only by the bootstrapper, long before that the file system is initialized.
