  for example, I read a Web page, when I push the bottom of the keyboard Page, sometimes nothing happens. Sometimes the page scroll a few lines but then does not continue to scroll down when I push the key several times.   Please check if still use the keys cursor to navigate through the pages is selected in Tools (Alt + T) > Options > Advanced > general and uncheck. This setting can also be turned on/off by pressing F7.

  Ever photos first? It should have been included when you first update of Yosemite and now El Capitan. I know that iPhotos updates get a message like that, but I didn't know the Photos app with a message with it.
