Only access to trial versions
I ordered and paid for all aplications for about 1 month ago, but only have access to trial versions... Why is this?

Please click on wheel settings in the upper right of the cloud creative app > preferences > sign out and then sign back in. Also visit https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/help/sign-in-out-activate-apps.html

Why can I only access the trial version of InDesign CC
I converted my purchased version of CS6 on a cloud account earlier this year and I just went to level to the CC of InDesign version, but it of only allowing me access to the trial version or ask me for a serial number, which does not seem to exist for the creative cloud. If I pay for the creative cloud, should not be able to install the latest version of the applications?

I recently downloaded the Lightroom upgrade but the old version remains the default Lightroom Application on my laptop and I can only access the new version through the Adobe icon at the top of the screen. How can I get the new version of 'replace' the old?
Try to uninstall the old version - it is not necessary. An upgrade is a product independent and fully functional.

Hey there, I have a problem, I paid for the creative cloud each month. 30 days ago, I downloaded the new update only in the trial version of photoshop and today the trial version has expired and I could not work with my old adobe program, although I pay for it.

Check that your current account (and only the adobe, used in the next step id is good) by logging in here and check the status of your subscription, https://www.adobe.com/account.html

With Lightroom, I can only choose 'Try' under 'Apps' in the creative cloud, which does not seem to recognize the LR5 key recorded, even if I am logged in with the same email address.
You must get rid of the creative cloud application manager, and you must get rid of Lightroom. The creative cloud version does not have a serial number. It depends on your Adobe ID and password in Adobe. After uninstalling Lightroom, you can download from the following location and install this trial version:
Adobe - Lightroom: For Macintosh: Adobe Photoshop Lightroom 5.7.1
After you install the trial splash screen will appear and there is an option to indicate that you have a serial number. Choose that option and you will be able to enter your number.
There is no free subscriptions to the creative cloud. There is a trial subscription that you can use for 30 days. But when it gets to end programs no longer work and you no longer have access to the cloud to create Adobe.

We have an enterprise Cloud creative license. When some of our users to our Adobe Enterprise Portal and their company ID login allows you to download the product, they get only trial versions offered. We had manually uninstall them other former Adobe products first, we confirmed that the correct E-mail is used, and we tried to create a new Adobe ID. We are unable to install the full product even if our licenses are paid. Any ideas why this happens?

Creative cloud for teams - second computer will only install as trial version

My company bought Creative Cloud for teams. I use a Mac at work and have installed without any problem there. However, at home, I use a PC (Windows 7) and I tried several times to connect to my creative cloud account and download programs so I can work at home, but every time it loads only programs such as trial versions.
I tried several troubleshooting options with no luck:
- Click on the sign in the window of the trial - but he asked me just a serial number which I did of course not.
- I asked my IT dept work to remove and return my seat invitation, which they did, but it does not solve the issue.
- I asked my work COMPUTER dept to check with the dealer we bought Creative Cloud for teams to know if there is any restrictions or parameters that used to allow to install on a second computer but they said it should be good.
- My teammates to work have installed on their Mac home without any problems, there seems to be only a PC problem.
- I have previously on my computer but uninstalled everything CS6 in the case where this caused the conflict - but it does not solve the problem of CC.
- I uninstalled and used the Adobe cleaning tool, then reinstalled but it doesn't work - the hearing days still held countdown.
- I uninstalled again, use a registry cleaning tool (clean base registry, temporary files, files temporary browser etc), used the cleaning tool Adobe (just to make cleaner) and removed all traces of Adobe from my machine. I reinstalled Creative Cloud Application manager, installed Acrobat to try it. This time, the hearing days returned to 30 (instead of zero). I clicked the "sign" button in, it connect but always requires a serial number.
I tried contacting Adobe via chat but we told him after that some time I would need to talk to Tech Support. My discussions with the Technical Support Adobe in the past have not been successful, so I thought I would ask the forum as my last-ditch attempt to solve this problem.
All suggestions welcome.

Reset the hosts file:
Windows
Click Start > run, type % systemroot % \system32\drivers\etc and then press ENTER.
Right-click on the hosts file, and then select open. Select the application Notepad open the hosts file.
Save the hosts file: Choose file > save as, save the file as hosts.backup, and then click OK.
Look for the hosts file for entries referencing activate.adobe.com (for example, 127.0.0.1 activate.adobe.com) and remove these entries.
Save and close the file.
Mac OS
Log in as an administrator to change the hosts file in Mac OS.
In a window of Finder, select go > go to folder.
Type/etc.
Select the hosts file and open it.
Save the hosts file: Choose file > save as, save the file as hosts.backup, and then click OK.
Look for the hosts file for entries referencing activate.adobe.com (for example, 127.0.0.1 activate.adobe.com) and remove these entries.
Save and close the file.

Bought and installed Adobe Creative Cloud, but I only get the trial version.
I bought the pack of €60 / month. Installed Photoshop, Illustrator and Indesign, but it began in a trial version. (Thought it was normal for the first day, as long as my payment would be to accept) Now, I left for a few days and I'm still in evaluation mode. When you click the icon of CC next to the PS, HAVE fr ID it is a BUY button NOW? When you click on the my account Abobe said that I already bought it. And yes I bought it already, but why am I still in a trial version?... I have already received an invoice with the amount I paid, so normally I would have the right to use the applications.
Additional information:
Purchased with VISA and installed on a Macbook PRO.
Restarted several times, but no improvement, still the trial version.
Does anyone else have this problem?

Check your subscription payment has been processed and your adobe id is correct, https://www.adobe.com/account.html
log out and then back to your office to cc using the same adobe id allowing you to check your subscription is current, https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/help/sign-in-out-activate-apps.html
If you check your subscription and the foregoing, sign-out/check-in fails, then follow the suggestion of message 1.
