  Looks like you need a real computer store (the one that is internal

  It seems that you have no POST issue.  Is it the caplock/numlock light up when you press it?  Did you try to connect to an external monitor to see if it's a matter of display dim?  If this is no a POSITION, try reinstalling the ram or using one at a time... you can also remove the optical drive and hard drive to see if you can start any found nail system.  If you can not always unity would require service...

  To drive the 9 LEDs, using the ULN2003.  Google it.  Digital output you feeds the ULN2003 and its production feed the LEDs.  You must always current limiting resistors inline with LED.  The ULN2003 can handle input/output 7.  So, you will need two of them.  Much simpler to have 9 transistors with base resistors.

  Check in the Control Panel, or type it in the search box on the systray next to the symbol for Windows. There could even be an icon that represents the control of lighting in the systray. My last HP 15 Omen product loan had an app called HP Omen Control, which allowed for control of groups of the backlight on the keyboard.   What is the manufacturer, brand and model number accurate and complete from your computer?  What is the manufacturer, the brand and model of your keyboard?  We can not help you without more information on your specific computer.

  If you want to go faster, simply contact the Group technical support from the manufacturer of the computer or go to their support site and ask them or look for this issue.  If you provide us with the above information, we will go to their website and see if we can find the instructions (if we can) – and they will be able to do it faster and better than we can.  The choice is yours.

  I put t think there is solution for this. If I understand you right there is a problem with software pre-installed. It is not easy to say why this is happening.

  I have Satellite A300 too and use it with Win7 32 bit. Webcam works fine all the time.

  One more thing: have you noticed this problem in the first moments after installing Win7 or later?
  Have you installed something that may be the reason for this?
