Open windows Explorer, in my computer (disc mode)

I remember a point by opening Explorer windows as my computer (disc mode) in Windows 7, where you can update the shortcut from the menu start through the property browser and changing the target. I'm a little hesitant about changing the file Explorer in Windows 8. Is there a different way for Windows 8, or is not possible?

I recommend that you run Disk Cleanup or cCleaner to remove temporary files as this will reduce the time to scan security software.

Start the computer in safe mode with network and download and install Malwarebytes (free version for individuals only), updated definitions and run in safe mode. Disable other security software while you do the analyses.

    Hello

You must remove the upper and lower registry key filters.
First remove the CD/DVD drive device manager.

Then go to the registry and remove the filter top and bottom of this key:

    HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Contro l\Class\ {4D36E965-E325-11CE-BFC1-08002BE10318}

  • Always open Windows Explorer in maximum mode

When I goto Windows Explorer I always open with maximum vision.
For the moment, it opens in smaller mode and I have to click the view max.
How can I always open in the view max?

    Arthur H

Stretch the window to fill the screen (make max view) then close.  When you open it again, it will be max view - it records the last means, that it has been closed by default for the opening of the next time.  This is also true with Internet Explorer.  Keep in mind that if you reduce the screen then shutdown or logoff, you will be at the smallest display again when you open then (it opens not in absolutely minimal view: it uses size to halfway instead).  In internet Explorer this sometimes occurs when a secondary screen opens and you close just she and then stop or go to sleep - he uses this by default for new windows last shutdown, even if you didn't want to do.  There is no way I know to 'lock' to opening to view max all the time - you just have to watch how you shut up when finished.

    I hope this helps.

    Hello

    ·         Since when are you facing this problem?

    ·         Will there be any changes made prior to this issue?

    However, you can try these.

    1) check in safe mode.

    (2) if the problem does not persist in safe mode, check the clean boot.

Note: Please make sure that the computer is configured to start as usual by following step 7 of article.
