  There are 4 different configurations of the SFF program. All will have VGA, but I don't know what LTS you ordered so I can't tell you if it will have DVI.

• Double U2713HM and OptiPlex SFF 9020

  We just got a Dell OptiPlex SFF 9020 and a pair of monitors Dell U2713HM. I connected a single monitor for now. The maximum available resolution is 1920 x 1080, rather than the native 2560 x 1440. The monitor is connected to the card (Radeon 8570, I think) who presents what I believe to be a DVI - D port and a DisplayPort. The connection is port DVI - D port DVI - D monitor via DVI - D cable, that I got with the machine. It is clearly labeled as a dual-link cable. How can I fix it?

• Unrecognized Nielsen Home scan valid communications ports

  I'm pulling my hair out.  I spent 2 days on this problem.  I am a Scanner at the homepage of Nielsen and my scanner worked perfectly on my old computer running Windows XP.  I bought an i3 530 processor Quad (gateway) running Windows 7. I love except for this - when I install the software to be able to use the scanner, I get a message during installation that "Nielsen Homescan Internet carrier can't find any valid communication ports to communicate with the scanner."  Needless to say, I have lots of USB and some available Serial Ports.  I thought it was a firewall issue and went in, active ftp settings and all communication settings, nothing helped. I uninstalled Norton, in case that was the problem (installed AVG instead) because AVG has worked for me with this software to scan before but then again, nothing works.  It is obviously not a firewall issue.  I had contacted Nielsen and they thought it was their software on their site and sent me an installation CD that is supposed to work.  It gives me the same exact message!  Help!

  Hi again!  I just want you to know, in case someone else comes to you with this same problem, that the Homescan Tech people had developed their software for Windows 7 when Windows 7 is released.  Apparently, my version of Windows 7 was different and they went to work on this and found a patch for me to download and now I did two passes successfully and everything works as it was on my old computer.  I just wanted to share this information since you were kind enough to try to help me with this problem!  Thanks again!

• Drivers missing Port Serial PCI and PCI Simple Communications Controller

  I have an old Office Thinkcentre. It is a model 9196 and I am running Windows 7 (64 (b), and I get an error for my Serial Port PCI have not installed the drivers. I did a lot of research and found links to drivers in this forum, but they are every year and are now broken links and it seems out of place. Anyone know where I can find the drivers I need to solve this problem? Thank you

  Its works perfectly if gives you all parameters to com as constants (pls hav a look @ codea).

  But I want to read the port number and baud RRSP file text. When I changed the encoding in serial number

  setting, I was not able to find the number rate.it and port baud displayed as the size of memory buffer. I think that the way I connected the baud rate and port number to the clusture may be a problem (pls see codeb). How can I solve this problem?

  Again, the point of connection to the Central Terminal is not not to define the values contained in the cluster - just the logical structure of the cluster. The data that appears in the cluster from the budler will reflect the data that you read from the file. Try it.

• Serial communications port unusable - that makes Vmware Player useless for me.

  I have installed XP Professional DVD original (inside Windows 7 Home premium), but although XP seems to 'see' the Serial Comm port, the application is not.

  This request is Picstart16C old 16-bit software (1994) running in DOS mode (console) that attempts to communicate with a device so Assembly code to program in the internal EEPROM to a microcontroller.

  In fact, I tried two different devices and software and none could communicate via the serial port.

  The motherboard is the Gigabyte G41M-Combo.

  Any ideas?

  You try to use COM1 for Serial Port?  If so, the question may be a conflict with ThinPrint (printer under hardware in the settings of the virtual computer) like it by default uses COM1.  If stop you the virtual machine, remove the Serial Port and printer and then add the Serial Port back and set it to COM1 if you need printer host then crosses the prompt add printer after a Serial Port must set the printer to the COM2 port.

• DC7700 SFF: PCI Simple Communications Controller

  I have a DC7700 SFF pc that I have upgraded to Windows 7 Ultimate, but in Device Manager, the controller PCI communications shows no drivers not loaded and it is not on my machine.

  I tried in vain to search on the HP and Intel web sites for these and still no luck.

  Never used. For multiple serial ports, this is what I used.

  We just bought a Dell OptiPlex 7020 in June 2015.  He spent the diagnostic tests to include the full test, but it restarts after the message of Windows and display the colored dots (Windows 7 SP1 32 Bit) and he gets the hit text back to the screen.  Anyone know what causes this problem?  Thank you.

  The Optiplex 3020 7020 9020 R494D 2.5 inch caddy fits inside the DN8MY 3.5 inch blue caddy for the tower.

  Office and MFS have different parts for the internal 3.5 caddy numbers, but that's okay because the R494D converts the 3.5 on a medium that holds 2.5-inch disks and then snaps into the 3.5 caddy.

• Community port-a-thon - error with applications accepted/releases

  I've had a few requests of BB10 prepared during AllAboard port-a-thon, apps have been accepted, and I got information about the awards.

  Later, I have prepared something new (I improved the UI) and I downloaded the new versions. My problem is that I downloaded last weekend, in the community of port-a-thon. So, yesterday, I received by e-mail with the information that I get rewards of money for my 3 options for use. But it was just a new version, not a new application! I was even not recorded for the ptt community - I have had no new apps so I is not registered myself.

  I think it's unfair, I would ask RIM to stop my payment process for the port-o-thon community (for 3 apps).

   

  BTW: I know not if it is the error of someone or a bug in their system - if it's bug, someone can use it to get money just for new versions.

  I don't know the RIM email where I should send it this information, so for now I send him here, meybe a RIM person find.

  In short, 2nd port must Access all ports located in the same switch, 3rd port not to communicate all ports except port 2.

  How to do this? is this possible... Please help...

  Hi sundar, this can be done with protected Harbour located by editing a port under the administration of the track. This will isolate all individual ports to see each other while using the uplink port. If you need one of these ports AP to connect then it will need to access lists.

  I use a USB-> my T60 and T510 series. Home/laptops series 3 station is not backward compatible with series 2. I wish it was, now, I have two sitting around docks.
